I would avoid this pharmacy and the staff like they have a plague. Telling a man with no legs to come into the store and go to the drop off window four times !
Medicine not requested is forced on my caregiver to pick up at the pharmacy. Medicine needed has not been ordered, even though the orders from the doctors were put in 23, 28, 16, 19 days ago.
This never happened with the 4th Ave. CVS that was closed.
I have transferred my pharmacy business.

This CVS is very well stocked and surprisingly clean. The people that work there seem to be happy and always willing to help. Michelle helped me today. Greeted me everytime with a smile. And when she was busy she let me know she will be right there. Which is nice. She also helped me at the check out. I was a little difficult with my CVS cash and coupons and how I wanted to use them and she was quick and patient. Definitely a great experience. Parking isn't bad either. I was nervous to go because of parking but it's just above the store. So easy.

I'm a retired medical professional. This CVS store at 5th and C is a disgusting, unprofessional, disorganized MESS! My complaints to the inept regional manager have been unanswered for months. No wonder the store's in theft. The regional manager is a joke. Read the answers to the negative reviews. Corporate is a joke. Customer relations is a joke. FIRE EVERYBODY IN THE STORE OR CLOSE IT IT'S AN EMBARRASSMENT TO A GOOD COMPANY CVS

I understand that this must be a tough part of downtown to have a CVS, but the overall shopping experience is pretty dystopian.
Everything is in locked cabinets. The shelves are usually a mess. The pharmacy is behind plexiglass partitions and it's difficult to hear the pharmacist. And the area immediately outside is pretty filthy.
I've been a loyal patron for a decade, but might have to start shopping elsewhere.

Thank you so much we were just visiting from Phoenix Arizona to see our Tio/Uncle in El Cajon, was great to get the photos fast! And other things like popcorn and chips. Thx again!

CVS is a convient store with a pharmacy. Over the counter medicines are available and help for sure.

I don't recomend this CVS at all, there's no parking even if the parking of the installation said that is free they still charge you, the CVS staff is very rude.

Unable to fulfill a prescription because it was for a different CVS. Then the guy accused me of forging a prescription for amoxicillin. Amoxicillin for a dental appointment the next day. He said he could change the location, but it would have to be for the next day. Lame - OH! OH! OH! I will take my business to a more flexible agile company
