this is the worse cvs. it should be closed down. it says 24 hrs but is always closed. with a sign that says closed due to staffing. but there full of shit. they close because of homeless stealing. so don't let the goddam homeless in. I am a u er eats driver and I constantly lose money because of this bastard store. it should be closed down and a different pharmacy open.

Grossly, grotesquely understaffed. Stay away.I thought it would help to make an appointment before going for vaccinations, but no. I arrived ten minutes early. Seven people were standing in line, and no one was staffing the check-in window. Customer service is obviously the management's last priority.I decided to pick up a prescription instead. There were only six people in that line, and one window was actually staffed. After only 20 minutes in line, I had my Rx and left.Instead of serving their customers at this branch, CVS is planning another branch at El Cajon/Park. I won't be going there, either.CVS won't be getting my business, except Rx, because my plan makes them cheaper at CVS.

The worse!!!The company might as well snatch all the phones out the wall because no one answers the phone here!!!!Literally on hold for 30 minutes waiting patiently because I know that it gets busy because I worked at a pharmacy before. But then someone picks up the phone and places it back on hold!I refuse to go over there just for them not to answer my questions or resolve my issue effectively. My son needs a maintenance medication each month and for the past several months this pharmacy never has it in stock and states that "they have to order it!" I don't understand how you can have a patient that needs this medication each month and the pharmacy never has it. The solution I am provided with is to go all over the city to find it. How about pharmacy is your business!!! You want loyal customers and patients but instead of taking care of them and making sure you help to provide the best care for them you push things aside uncaringly with no follow up nor follow through. It is very frustrating to keep calling or coming to the store each month to encounter the same issues repeatedly. The care and service is trash!!!

They have had a prescription all day that I need for pain from a fall. Early this morning they said it would be ready by 5:15. It's now 6:25 and it's still not done, and they don't answer the phone, they have a fake voice that is useless. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE.

This area has become unsafe and overrun by people on drugs. There's almost always someone in their parking lot on drugs. The staff is great, the pharmacy well supplied, but the area has turned scary. The store is not as clean as it used to be and the parking lot could be trashed by the homeless and addicts.

After reading reviews I was concerned I'd had my meds sent here but the pharmacy answered right away & I got a discount that saved me quite a bit (man offered to look). Woman who checked me out was kind and efficient.

I went through the drive thru and was told our prescription was at another CVS location. We drove to that location. Got there and was told the prescription was at the CVS we just left. Very frustrating. We returned and original pharmacist avoided us. I remained calm but the individual needing the prescription was obviously upset. At this moment, I am here to pickup different prescriptions. Same problems and they don't have the full amount. I know this CVS is high traffic but the pharmacy is struggling. I will be transferring our prescriptions elsewhere. Corporate can't even maintain the signage lighting. It's pretty pathetic IMO. Avoid at all costs if you want to remain sane.

Every time I shop here I feel very uncomfortable. It's not the homeless individuals skulking about that make me feel this way. It's the miserable employees that are clearly underpaid whom make me want to leave as soon as I walk in. I don't blame them as much as I blame who is in charge of paying people a livable wage. If people are paid the absolute minimum to do a job, why would they want to provide a superior customer service experience? They are counting the hours until they don't have to be there anymore and couldn't care less about learning coupon policies or just doing something other than what the computer tells them to do. Train your employees better and pay them more; you'd be surprised what caring for your employees will do for their mental health, well being, and work ethic. This message is directly written to Eduardo Figueroa, Store Manager of CVS Pharmacy on Washington and 3rd.

This CVS is terrific. The pharmacy is efficient and the pharmacists are professional and friendly as are the sales associates. I love coming to this CVS-I wish I could give everyone a raise.

This is consistently the worst pharmacy in existence. Long wait times, they never pick up the phone, and most of the pharmacy staff are miserable, sad people. Unfortunately, as many are, I am required to use CVS because of my insurance, so here I am.Today was absolutely shocking and the worst experience I have ever had at this store. I was on hold with the pharmacy for 32 minutes (no phone pickup to say "We'll be right with you," nothing), so I finally walked to the pharmacy. When it was my turn I went to the brown haired girl (whose name is apparently Kristin) and told her "I'm sorry, I'm not a mean person, but I was just on hold for 32 minutes and that's not okay." Her response: "Ok. What's your name?" NO apology, NO acknowledgment to what I said, it was as if I walked up and just said hi.The rest of our interaction was INCREDIBLY aggressive. Kristin asked me what prescription I was there for and shortly told me they could have it ready in 30 minutes. I asked her "What would the case be if I was disabled and couldn't walk to the pharmacy?" to which she replied "We're understaffed and doing our best," (again, no apology). Really, Kristin? Your best? Maybe you should work behind the scenes, then. I asked for a pharmacy manager and she told me there wasn't one available. Ended up speaking to the manager on duty at the front of the store who informed me that there IS in fact a floating manager on duty, so Kristin lied. I told the manager about her horrible behavior, and the manager was incredibly apologetic and kind. I believe her name was Jenn or Jennifer. She was the saving grace and took my information so the store manager could call me on their return. This gal Kristin should NOT be working in a customer service role.

This location is clean and organized. The liqour location is blocked off and a bit of a maze, as I'm sure they are making it that way on purpose. There is quite a few transients whom reside in the parking lot and on the side of the building. What is awesome is as long as you are shopping at CVS, parking is free - while limited it is free nonetheless. I had placed a photo order and have been to this location a couple of times while in the area. Have noticed the big changes. Staff has always been extremely friendly and answering all questions I had, especially looking for specific items.

I don't know what has happened to this CVS pharmacy, but I don't think that they any intention of adequately staffing it. There have also been times recently that I was told that my medication was ready and one time they "list it" after it was filled. It's regular business hours and I am calling into check on a prescription and I have been on hold for more than 45 minutes. Additionally, if it's a drive through pharmacy, please maintain it as such and keep the drive thru open during regular business hours. I have seen it close down in the middle of the day. Also., the waits in the drive thru line can be in excess of 30 minutes when there is only one car on front of you.It used to be be significantly better, but as with the phone call I have been on for almost an hour now, I wonder if it's ever going to get back to the way it was.
