CVS took over Rite Aid, sent my info to a store I requested that they didn’t. I have to go to two different CVS stores to pick ip meds because they refuse to communicate with each other in the same system. Have tried to get their on line app for a month, called customer service and haven’t been able to resolve. Was used to a community bases pharmacy, they are horrible.

DO NOT, DO NOT go to this CVS. kiddo went in there because she bought a elf foundation and didn’t realize there was hydraulic acid in it, which she is allergic to. She went to take it back. Does not have a receipt for it, paid with cash. Which she explained to the CVS attendant.
The CVS attendant, said he could only give her a CVS card, unless approved by manager. She said no, she just wanted her cash back and asked if they could put it on a debit card instead, but they demanded that she produce a receipt. She explained she doesn’t have a receipt because she wasn’t expecting to take it back there. However, she’s allergic to one of the ingredients in the product.
This guy calls his manager, this manager proceeds to tell her that she is a manager and just basically refusing to put through the return and that my child is gonna have to call this other manager in order to do the return. we get home and guess what the number is for the CVS pharmacy not for a manager.
This is absolutely bonkers ridiculous they said they would give her store credit, but she explained to them she rarely ever goes to CVS except for a prescription. She doesn’t shop there. she just wanted cash or asked if they can’t do cash if they could put it on a debit card for her. which originally the guy said that he could he just needed the managers approval the manager was there and refused to do it.
This is absolutely unacceptable. So if you try to do a return, they pretty much will not give you a return whatsoever and only give you the run-around. And will try to SCREW with you and give you the pharmacy number instead of an actual Managers number instead????
Your staff should be fired for screwing with a kid who literally just went in there for help. Whatever ego boost you were hoping for, I hope it's worth getting sued over. Its only $39 for a civil lawsuit so I hope it is worth it CVS.

Pharmacy is great so far. But upper management and corporate, you have alot to learn about taking care of customers. Fix your bathrooms and take a little pride in your stores and customer service.

They never have what I'm looking for and there is utterly never anyone around to even be available to help you look for something.I appreciate that have a bathroom to use, however, I've used the bathroom there several times as it's often the next stop after I go to Grocery Outlet (which is right next door) and each time there is no toilet paper, soap or hand towels and it doesn't look like it's been cleaned in ages. So if you need to use the bathroom there be sure to bring your own T.P. or tissues AND hand sanitizer (which thankfully I always have tissues and hand sanitizer wipes with me.).

Hello, my name is Linna Bakier. I wanted to complain about an employee named Karry. She was very rude to me from the start her coworker even noticed as well. Karry told me the amount and I said can I pay with PayPal since I didn't have cash or my credit card on me. She said no that won't work. I was fine paying with cash since I have money in my car which I was going to grab and then come back. After I said that Karry repeated the amount that I supposed to pay in a very rude and disrespectful way as if I did not understand the first time. Once I went to my car and grabbed cash her coworker came and apologized to me on her behalf. I do not tolerate rude behavior also because I have an accent which made me feel very disrespected as if I do not understand English. I hope her supervisor sees this comment and does something about it. Thank you very much.

CVS Pharmacy...breaking news!!!I have been a CVS Pharm West Point Loma since moving to SD. It is really out of my way now since I moved...but I have always liked the people and service and I am a loyal shopper.Thursday I went to pick up a perscription and was faced with the dreaded "forced consult"...and was turned away.CVS pharm staff...who I know and like...couldn't release my perscription (not a controlled substance) unless I agreed to a "immunization consult"...that had to be administered by the full badge pharmasist...who I also know well and am fond of. Well...she was at lunch. I explained to the pharm staff person that I am up to date and also that I get my immunization shots elseware. Nope...couldn't let me have the perscription. Holy cow!!! I was unable to wait up to 1 hour so I would have to come back and see the pharmacist.I was very disappointed and let them know...the response I got back was not OK.When I returned that evening the pharmacist explained to me that starting 3 weeks ago CVS corporate was "forcing" them to "consult" with me ...totally a bogus marketing/sales move to get me to use CVS for the shots.I am/was a CVS stock holder...it's been tanking...I was/am fond of the staff there...but now I am done!If you use CVS heads up...if you don't use them don't.I had to make 2 trips to CVS driving 30 miles total out of the way.The staff did give me a $5 gift for my troubles..Am I ranting??? YES!!!

Not a fan of some new hires at this pharmacy within the past month. I pick up my meds almost biweekly so I'm not unaware of how their systems works.I called for some assistance here and this lady treated me like an idiot even though my CVS app and medical care app said my prescription is supposed to be at THAT store.I get if you're having a bad day but that's no reason to be shitty at your job.
