Started going here when fed up with very long waits at Rite Aid. CVS usually is very fast, sometimes I pay $0 (I don't understand that but definitely not complaining). When they needed to send refill request to Dr. they asked if I wanted some pills to cover in the meantime (I was willing to wait but how thoughtful). They've always been polite, efficient and helpful. And they're close to my house. Thank you, CVS!

Richa Krump - the worst pharmacist in the world. Discrimatory and abusive. Refused to fill a prescription for me and then laughed in my face in person like it was funny. She had this weird power trip that screwing me over and causing me health issues is funny. Richa Krump then goes and makes it WORSE, she decided to call my doctor and chastise him and try and convince him NOT to send my prescription to a different pharmacy. My doctor tried to tell her to please refill it and listen to his advice and she refused. My doctor had to send the SAME prescription to a different location at the same company because Richa Krump refused to help fill it. Richa Krump - I hope you know, you are a terrible terrible terrible human. You lack empathy, you lack a soul. Laughing at someone's face because you think its funny the person will be in severe pain because they can't have there medicine. Yes, you have been reported to the Pharmacy board and to ADA. Beware people, this pharmacist here does not care about you at all and if you have serious health issues that require medication, she doesn't care. She is a liar and a terrible human and yes it is too long to type but I caught her in two lies already.edit - I have not only reported Richa Krump to American With Disabilities Act, I have reported her to The Board of Pharmacy.I have also contacted the office of the CEO and already been in contact with someone who reached out on Saturday.I will update this review to say what CVS did as a conclusion.Be very careful going to this location, Medication can be life saving and this pharmacist is dangerous and reckless.

I'm sure management and employees are aware you have a shoplifting problem. I have been in your store at least 5 times in last month. Watching certain individuals just walk out without paying for things or stuffed in their pants is a bit disheartening for your paying customers. I don't how a business model is designed to tolerate this and believe that there is a 2 tier system of payment

Horrible customer service, failed to fill my prescriptions when they were sent by the doctor 6 hours prior. I’m on a life saving medication regimen, and their solution was oh well we don’t have it, instead of notifying me when they had the prescription sent over.

I am so disappointed with this pharmacy. I have been waiting for a Rx for 3 weeks. I asked if they could please check the status. I was told "No, it gets here when it gets here." Now I checked and my refill request has been removed completely....WTF?

The pharmacist at this CVS is very rude. When I was signed up for a vaccination, she told me I wasn't qualified for it. She yelled across the Pharmacy store and embarrassed me. I am tempted to change pharmacies.

Ordered to pick up to save some time, they got my order wrong, I drove back and they messed up the order again. So frustrating when You get Home and you Don't get What you ordered have to go back.

They improved their drug delivery to use snail mail instead of random person and this is a huge improvement. Tracking number, delivery date....

Pretend like customers don't do your job every day and provide the bare minimum customer service because that would have been 100x what I received today. I asked simple questions because I don't have the inherent knowledge that pharmacy staff does when it comes to shortages and ordering medications. In an industry that requires some level of customer service, it would be nice if they could incorporate some refresher training on how to educate a customer or be helpful for 2 minutes instead of telling me: "Maybe you should go to another chain." Of course they don't care that the replacement medication I have to take is 100% more expensive that the one I've been taking for years. I am obviously not blaming CVS for the manufacturers production issues, but you don't have to be rude to customers that are unaware and trying to mitigate increased prescription costs. Go into another field if you're too busy for the same customers that have supported your business for 20+ years!

The pharmacy although busy, doesn't provide efficient customer service. I checked in for my vaccine and the person checking me in was not helpful, I don't know if there's burnout or lack of care for her job, either way it showed through her treatment of customers. I spoke with various customers and people with appointments were all packed in one time slot. What's the purpose of choosing your appointment time if it can't be met? CVS I have seen a decline in your pharmacy, it's disappointing. Provide training, or speak with your employees to see what's causing this lack of service

We used to enjoy shopping at this CVS,but today was a total put-off. Yes, it had what we wanted, and we went to the cashier. There was one person working at the front end ... and no line. We stood there for over 5 minutes while she had a telephone conversation and ignored us. Is this the level of customer service to which CVS has sunk? The store was empty in the late afternoon, and so was much of its shelves

We came in last night as friend had an rx here . We shopped around while he was the pharmacy .A nice woman welcomed us when we walked in. The store wasn't too busy .There was a pretty good selection of candies and chocolates . I'm talking about BOGO or buy one, get 1/2 off second .They have two self check out stations .The same nice woman who welcomed us was also the cashier at that moment . She was beyond kind and made us all smile and laugh . We couldn't remember our rewards number but she was patient with us . We got a great deal for our candy purchases (as we went to Vons right after and Vons prices for same items were not discounted ). But what was memorable was the nice woman who took the time to make the visit worthwhile :)
