made an appointment for a flu shot online, entered all my insurance information, everything was good. turn up to my appointment and am told they won't accept my insurance. why allow people to make an appointment with insurance that isn't accepted here? waste of my time and the pharmacist was rude.

The Passport photo area was not working. Probably some of the worst management at this location. Not interested in fixing the passport area so I'd head next door to the postal place.

This is by far the worst pharmacy! The employees are incredibly rude. They have absolutely zero communication skills. They also have no care to help a customer. In fact, they are antagonistic towards customers. This has been my experience 3 times now. My husband had the same experience as well as a friend of mine. I will no longer use this pharmacy. They have some sort off chip on their shoulder. I don't know, maybe they are overworked? However, that doesn't give them a pass on being complete inconsiderate, zombie, indifferent, rude, mean and just outright assholes.

I am on vacation and I forgot my meds at home. Thank goodness I was assisted by Melissa who was able to help and now I have one less thing to worry about and an enjoy my vacation. It is easy to see why this young lady is the lead pharmacist at this store.

I have gotten fantastic assistance from Justin at this location. He is friendly, kind, very attentive to detail, and was very helpful with a recent issue. I am so glad to have gotten his assistance.

The pharmacy in this location (Westview Parkway, San Diego) has terrible customer service. The pharmacists don't care really what you need and they try to send you away. I've been there several times for refill the same prescription. I call one week ahead and my order is never ready. They charge me without insurance! and when I ask the reason, their answer goes back to the Dr. who prescribed the medication. Every time, I call Dr.' office and my insurance and find nothing wrong. It looks like they don't care and they don't want spend time to do any thing for patients. They just want temporary send you away. May be you'll tired and will not come back to this location, again!It's very disappointing! Don't waste your time and put your health in danger. Avoid this place!

This review is for the Pharmacy only!I was there to get a prescription filled on Saturday. Ivy helped me. She was very good at what she does, gathering my info, helping with pricing and just plain thorough. She has a great attitude with the right amount of friendliness to her. The entire staff was good and together seemed to make a good team.

RED PLASTIC HOURS SIGN AT THE PHARMACY SAYS WEDNESDAY NOT OPEN UNTIL NOON. WENT TO ANOTHER CVS AND THEY WOULD NOT BELIEVE ME, SAYING THEIR RECORDS SAY 10AM!!! RED PLASTIC MANUFACTURED SIGN IS NOT A TEMPORARY SIGN FOR SOME TEMPORARY ISSUE!! TRYING TO GET MEDICATION AND DEALING FOR OVER AN HOUR AFTER BECAUSE OF THAT!

When I visited this pharmacy, I needed to get the medication needed for a family member urgently. Even though I was there 15 minutes before they close, I don’t know why, the pharmacist said she could not match the name on the insurance with the prescription (huh?!), and she needs to call the insurance and she doesn’t have time, they are closing! So irresponsible, and disrespectful of a person in dire need of their medication! I find it just an excuse, a simple excuse, because she did not want to do her job! I went to the 24/7 CVS store at 8260 Mira Mesa, they could get the insurance going immediately, and also provided very guidelines about the medicine. The bottom line is, do not rely on this CVS pharmacy and their staff! Just go to any other store, they don’t care about you and your health!

This CVS is a hidden gem and I absolutely love it! It is rarely busy which allows me a peaceful and lengthy shopping experience. The employees are very sweet and helpful. I get to retrieve my coupons first before shipping just to see what deals are going around. They always have amazing deals which have saved me a ton of money! It is amazing that they have groceries because that eliminates additional trips sometimes. Overall 10/10!

-0 stars for customer service. I politely ask the woman at the pharmacy pick up counter if she could look for a particular eye ointment that I've purchased from other CVS pharmacies for the past two years and it's ALWAYS kept behind the counter. I tell her this and she keeps looking and pointing towards the aisle with eye products. I ask her if she wouldn't mind checking and she asks another person, comes back and says it would be out the front. Humor me... why not ask the pharmacist to look it up before saying you don't have it. I work in customer service and this was unacceptable
