Elevator is broken. Stairs broken. Terrible alarms ringing. Help button in elevator broken. Do not come here unless you like escape rooms

There's no hand sanitising stations throughout the store. I asked the staff just in case I overlooked any, even the staff could not locate any and just shrug her shoulders. Oh well.

I like this CVS. It's organized well and even has an escalator. I find the staff here to be friendly, as they greet me when I walk in and check up on customers using the self-checkout if they need assistance. Decent selection of items as well. CVS on 4th Ave., check it out for all your drug store needs.

Waited in line for the self checkout station. The "manager" steps in front of me and offers my space to other people telling me to "stand in line" what a embarrassment to have as a manager.

Came through in the clutch, staying at the hotel down the street and I wanted something to snack on as well as hydration, the lady at the front in the purple cardigan sweater had it lit and she hit the whoa. Thanks for the assist CVS.

I asked the cashier for a bag at the self check and she asked me if paid for it with a very rude tone, I told her that was insulting, why can’t people just be nice?

Great team members who recognize me every time I come in. Great neighborhood pharmacy with pharmacist who pays attention to my questions and needs.

Make sure to check the price items are actually costing. Wasn't until I got back to our hotel that I noticed several of the items that were on sale actually rung up as the normal price. I was overcharged $10-15.

I work downtown near Horton Plaza. During my lunch, I went to Macy's and tried to stop at this CVS on my way back to the office. Unfortunately, the security guard wouldn't let me in because I had my Macy's purchases with me. I had the Macy's receipt and the merchandise was clearly items that were not available at CVS but nonetheless, I was told that I needed to return to my office and drop the bag off before I return. I only have a certain amount of time for lunch and do not have the time to run back to my office drop off a bag and head back to the CVS store... nor should I have too. I understand that a store needs to take certain steps to minimize theft. However, if you open up a pharmacy near a busy mall, you should anticipate that some people who have shopped at the mall may want to stop into your store to pick up a few things. You may want to work on a new system that allows people to shop at your store after going to the mall.
