In 2 days i have wasted over 2 hours waiting for the pharmacy help to pick up i just had surgery recently and i need my meds this is not good customer servive .

Terrible experience at the store. It's disheartening when you enter and immediately feel like you're inconveniencing them by simply being there. One wonders, what qualifications led them to work at CVS? Their attitude suggests they're accustomed to handling large-scale orders for major corporations, implying that individuals like us picking up prescriptions are insignificant in comparison.
But setting aside this frustration, let's return to my recent encounter. I took my son to the doctor in the morning, and the physician sent his prescription to this particular CVS location. I proceeded with my workday, confident that I would retrieve his medication afterward. However, upon arrival, I was informed that they didn't have it in stock and wouldn't until Tuesday, four days later. This news was distressing, especially considering my son's current illness.
Why wasn't I notified promptly, or why didn't they transfer the prescription to another pharmacy, allowing me to make alternative arrangements? It's as if they expect people to passively accept such inconvenience without complaint. Driving over, only to be informed of the lack of stock, was a waste of my time and resources. To exacerbate matters, I was informed that the script had been returned to corporate, rendering it impossible for another pharmacy to fulfill it.
Due to my relocation, I recently switched pharmacies. However, this experience prompts me to revert to using Walgreens, despite the longer commute. At least with Walgreens, I can trust that they will promptly notify me of any stock issues, sparing me the frustration of fruitless trips.

I like my CVS pharmacy. The people there remember me and always give the best service. I feel well taken care of. The advice I get and the answers to my questions have been sound. They are in touch with my DRs and my health records and I feel safe getting my prescriptions and vaccinations there.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever frequented. Alyssa is so helpful, friendly and genuinely wants to take care of her customers. I moved and had to switch pharmacies and it's been a night and day experience. I'm seriously considering driving way out of my way to return here since it's such a superior experience.

I don't recommend using this pharmacy if you need the prescription the day it is prescribed. My physician sent over a prescription to be filled at this location. This location left my prescription "in process" before closing for the day, in such a way that the 24-hour CVS could not pull it to fill at their location. I now have to contact my physician again to send another script and pay for it out of pocket, as the original pharmacy has already charged my insurance.
