They are NOT 24 hrs its Saturday been trying to talk to someone for 4 hours went to in person Farmacy IS CLOSED,don’t go to thIS CVS WILL BE REPORTING THEIR HOURS TOMTHE CORPORATE!

Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. Whets the point of having a pharmacy be 24 hours when they never answer their phone? The staff is INCREDIBLY rude and deliberately unhelpful. They will tell you to your face that they don’t answer their phone. Do to some glitch with their system, I wasn’t able to fill a very important script for a month and a half. Spare yourself the nightmare of dealing with this place.

It says the store is open 24 hours. I got there at 11:32pm and there’s people working but don’t let no one in. It shouldn’t be a 24 hour store or change the advertising not okay.

Your front line employees are great however your honesty and advertising that’s so great. You advertise as a 24 hour pharmacy you are not either correct or advertising or stay open 24 hours. Honesty is appreciated in all industries no matter what.

Everything is really dusty! It's pretty gross. Also you should know that a huge amount of products are locked up so do not expect a fast shopping experience.
Also it's June but they have signs up advertising fall sales which is funny but sad.

Yet another CVS marketed as 24 hours and it isn’t. Drove across town to get to this one and had a feeling it was going to be the same case as the one off of friars. And yep. Tons of people driving up and parking to go in and security is here saying it’s closed. Can Google please update the hours

Not a 24 hour store. Arrived here at midnight to get over the counter medicine and was unable to shop. Whole store closed down and was told only pharmacy pickup was allowed. Please don’t advertise 24 hour store and pharmacy when you are not. Also, hire better, more polite security.

The staff is friendly and helpful always but entire store is now locked ,using glass cabinets.
Making the store so inconvenient ,
This pharmacy is in one of the nicest areas of San Diego/ tourist zones is surrounded by nice homes , buildings and restaurants $$$, why not investing on cleaning the front of the store and hiring real security?
Now if you need deodorant you need to have an employee to be called for this simple task...
There's a Target store a few business down the same street,
With a CVS pharmacy indoors.

Wow! The Store Manager at this location exceeded all expectations! Excellent customer service & customer care! Highly recommend this CVS ! Thank you for your dedication & support! David Cameron and the pharmacy staff is nice. They work well under stress. Sometimes things are out of stock but I can get it next day as promised.

Excellent service, accuracy of multiple medications, and communication. I have choices but this is my preferred pharmacy. I trust them.
