I've been using the services of this pharmacy for many years. The wait in line moves quickly and the employees seem to truly care. I've NEVER had a negative experience EVER!

Please be aware that CVS is now providing generics from a lab in Wuhan, China for some of its prescriptions. The lab is called Humanwell PuraCap Pharmaceuticals and the distributor is Epic Pharma, LLC. Fortunately, I read the small print before taking any of the capsules. Of course, we're all painfully aware of the lack of trustworthiness, safety and quality controls at China's labs by now, especially in Wuhan.

Following an accident, I’ve had 2 cervical fusions and a knee replacement; and, after being a customer @ Walgreens across the street, I thought my customer experience couldn’t get any worse and God was I WRONG! I must use a walker, due to my knee, but putting my weight on the walker instantly makes the cervical pain worse. I’ve stopped by early morning, Noon and night and the line is always long. And, since their texts don’t tell me what’s ready, I never know if some or all of my prescriptions are ready. Today, I was in severe pain when I arrived to pick up my pain meds; but, the pain meds weren’t ready and, when I inquired why, I was told to get in yet another line that was 6 people deep and no one waiting on them. I asked for the Mgr and 1 employee shrugged her shoulders as if she didn’t know and 2nd one said he was at lunch. At least at Walgreens the attendant could answer questions about other scripts but sending people to a 2nd line (who are in lots of pain) is nothing less than cruel. Unable to stand or sit any longer and NO ONE ABLE OR WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, I’m back home in bed. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN ANY BUSINESS AND I CAN’T MAKE IT BACK OUT AT ALL TODAY. The only thing I can do is cry! I live alone and I have no one else to help me.!!

I am currently on hold for over 30 minutes at 9:30 at night on a Monday to ask a simple question about my prescription. This says it all. What a disaster. They better get their act together or be ready to fail like the Walgreens across the street. SERIOUSLY! How much can customers put up with?

Don’t bother calling. I’ve sat on hold many times for over 45 minutes. The pharmacy literally said, “we don’t have the staff so we don’t answer the phone.” That’s unacceptable! Hire the staff or close the pharmacy. Do your job.

I visited this store to pick up a bottle of sparkling water, cereal, almonds, and crackers. The store was clean during my visit and seemed to be maintained well. Like any CVS store, finding what I needed was easy, and the checkout process was quick.

i would rate this business below zero. The unscheduling for a multi million dollar monthly pharmacy is truly pathetic. i don't like to ever leave a negative review. The pharmacists are either tweekers or on so much adderral that they are like zombie robots. they have signs on the window to leave them a 10 in customer service, and i asked how i could do that. knowingly i was going to report their terrible service and business. based on how busy this location is i would estimate $40 million a month on drug sales alone. this is worst and mismanaged drug dealing by operation i have seen. i have literally witnessed the consultation employee talking bad about guests and how they like to give bad service. i don't know or care about his name. 20-30 white male. beard. 5"10. thinks he is funny and disrespectful to guests directly. i really hope you reply as this is a concern for the neighborhood. thank you. goodbye cvs. thank you for terrible service, no compassion, or care.. schedule more team members and drug test your pharmacy staff for meth or other major amphetamines.

I walked into this pharmacy while on hold for 20 minutes (after they hung up on me) and they were not busy- all 8 of them :) This must be where the fired DMV employees go to die.

It was great , my insurance didn't work very well but the lady how toke care of Me was just perfect and very kind . They tries to do their best , I was also sick and they put me firest , just amazing .

So much for an express bar code laneStood there like an idiot for a long time just for the staff to say "Nope, u have to get in line" .. & they have signs to make it seem like if you do have a bar code, you will get your meds faster.. Dont be fooled. Get in line like everyone else.

Corporate seriously needs to come into this place and figure out all the problems. You can't get a hold of anybody on the phone so I have to come down even though I'm disabled and would not like to have to wait in line for 20 plus minutes. Your pharmacists are rude they tell me that I'm talking way too fast when I'm talking slow and clearly. You had me waiting 20 minutes in a line only to tell me that there was nothing for me and that I needed to go to the drop off line which was also really long. It seems like you have about two people working for a very busy pharmacy. This has been an ongoing problem since 2020 maybe if you got some workers and paid them well they would stay. Everyone is able-bodied and able to stand in line for long periods of time. You seriously need to hire somebody to answer your phone because no one answers no another how long you wait I've waited 45 plus minutes to get somebody and they don't answer. I need to remove all of my prescriptions from this place CVS does not care about customers. And reading the review about the customer with the dog is just horrifying.
