Pharmacist had proscribed medication in stock but refused to fill because they were holding it for “their regular” she lied and said they did not have it.

Waking up sick called for running over to CVS Pharmacy to get some medicine to hopefully cure me sooner than later. This location isn't even the closest one to me but I know it is one I can rely on to be quick and easy. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and the lady at the pharmacy was able to show me all my different options. Though I am laying in bed today writing this so happy I am on the mend and hopefully it ends quickly because this time of year being sick is going around.

Never been treated so well. Staff seemed to care and seemed to be very happy. Can't stop thinking about how they wanted to help with my situation and got it done. I am very very happy.

Elise at CVS pharmacy is amazing. As a customer, she and Vinny (our Pharmacist) are always so kind and takes incredible care of me. A pharmacy is like family and both Elise and Vinny are so caring, friendly and trusting with all of my healthcare needs. I’m incredibly grateful that I have a pharmacy like CVS and people like Elise and Vinny who takes care of their customers like they do. Please know how incredibly valuable they both are to your CVS store and I’m sure to many customers.

Those who have the problems like myself who had been treated poorly by the Asian guy who introduced himself as the manager Vincent need to call CVS Pharmacy Customer Service for any complaints at 18007467287. They have great representatives who can bring your issues to the higher ups. We need to make their administrative personnel about how we the customers are being treated or it will not improve. Please call and make your bad experiences known by the corporate.

The Asian guy that's the manager, what's going on man? Really, what's wrong? You used to be such a nice guy, I got my prescriptions from you for years, and lately you've turned into an absolute j**** I thought you had a personal problem with me the last few times i picked up my prescription but i realized you treat others poorly as well. Yes, Your job is important, it can really affect people's lives, understand that and please act upon it with integrity, and empathy ... not with attitude and ego. This is the closest pharmacy to my house, but I'm going to change it. I recommend you change the way you treat people before other people start doing the same.

Called in to ask about a medication, and the individual who answers may have been one of the rudest people to ever answer a phone from a business I have personally encountered. By no means was I expecting some top tier experience, but simply answering my questions without attitude, rushing me, or simply without the demeanor of someone who was irritated that they had to answer any questions at all would be nice. I honestly wouldn't be so irate if this call wasn't about medication that I need on the daily. First I asked if they had my medication in stock. He asked what it was. I replied by asking if he would like to pull up my account--sure I can give you the name, but I feel more comfortable if you pull my info up and make sure you know exactly which one I'm looking for. A simple "well if you know the name that's all the info I need" would be cool, but instead he's just like "no", "no give me the name" and that's it. Just dry, mean, and short. The rest of the convo went a lot like this, where the individual came off aggressive--like I was the 15th straight call about this in the last5 minutes and he couldn't handle it anymore. Whatever the case may be, no one is expecting the red carpet, but being a decent human being would be nice.

Vinny is the most amazing pharmacist! He is always super great but tonight he stayed late to get me my medication. Give Vinny a raise he is the reason why I go to this pharmacy!

My experience here at cvs pharmacy inside of target was the worst! Both workers was cold and rude they both were in welcoming and had ugly attitudes they both act like like they didn’t want to be at work! The assistant rolled his eyes up in his head when I told him I was waiting for my prescription he finally told me it was ready i called him out on his ugly attitude and he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about then gave me the coldest fakest smile when I paid and was given my receipt. Ewwwwwww they both need to be trained correctly in customer service period!!!!!!! SAD and then l looked to the right to see a big picture plastered on the wall of the guy that was so rude to me ! CRAZY AND HIS ASSISTANT NEED HELP HE REALLY DOES

Terrible! They do always find coupons though, I appreciate that. Seems like there's only a couple people who work efficiently and care about customers.

CVS has a contract with Target, yet the Target employees don't respect the space needed for CVS. I entered Target for my prescription at 940am. I couldn't see any signage for store hours so, I ask Target employee who states 10am. if pharmacy was open on a Sunday. I wait until 10am, the pharmacy is still closed. I find a sign for the Clinic stating 11am. As to save gas, I decide to stay until 11am. By 10:57am, the doors are still not open, so I ask another Target employee, she says they are closed on Sunday. In disbelief, I ask another employee, who says 11am and points the pharmacy operating hour sign. It is BURIED behind the inventory racks! I wasted 1.5 hours based on the wrong information and hidden signage. The pharmacy manager was awesome and attended to my needs very well. Talk w Target and make sure your pharmacy is properly represented during off hours.

Go literally anywhere else. It took 2.5 hours of waiting around the store to get my simple antibiotics filled. They are so bad that I witnessed them give someone the wrong prescription

I just observed the most patient pharmacist who works extremely well with children. I saw Dr. Tran give a small child a vaccine shot and the child did not even blink. I also received my vaccine shot from him and I could not have been happier with the whole experience. I couldn't recommend this CVS pharmacy more!

Friendly, informative and fast. This pharmacy made it easy to get what I needed. They were clear about all of my options too. I paid cash, so they attached a coupon discount to it which was nice. This pharmacy is inside a Target store which was convenient because I could shop while I waited for my prescription to be filled. In fact, after I discovered I had zero refills and called my original doctor I made a telemedicine appointment in Target at the Starbucks. The doctor prescribed the medicine I needed and CVS filled it for me. It couldn't have been much more convenient than that.
