I go out of my way to go to this pharmacy. They understand and fill my prescription correctly per my doctor’s instructions when it seems to confuse other pharmacies I’ve tried to get it filled at. They helped me use coupons codes when I needed a medication and paid out of pocket before my prior auth went through. They are extremely helpful and kind.

They sell fake gift cards or scam gift cards DO NOT buy gift cards from cvs. Someone internal has to be doing it. We bought a $50 Macys gift card on 17th for my mother in laws bday. We went to Macys with the “sealed” gift card the rep at Macys opened it and there was no pin when she scratched off the scratch off. She called customer service they claim the card was used on the 22nd online in another state. The gift card was sealed there’s no way we did anything. CVS will not take ownership of there fail to protect fraud at their stores. We still have a claim with Macys right now we will see what happens. To make things worse we went out to Macy because my mother in law not only was her bday but her husband passed and we’re trying to cheer her up. We have everything receipt, gift card, proof it was a fake the scratch off pin scratched off the pin the Macys rep said that never happens she was the one who open it in front of us and scratched the pin. Someone has to be switching the cards and when they see it has money uploaded they use it 100% internal.

I split my time between Hawaii, Texas, and San Diego, and I can confidently say that the team at Sand Rock Pharmacy in Serra Mesa is the best I have encountered across all these locations. The staff and pharmacist here go above and beyond, providing assistance that far surpasses any other pharmacy I’ve visited. Their rapid responses, expert advice, and genuine care have earned my complete trust, and I value their knowledge as much as that of my own doctor. My heartfelt thanks to the entire wonderful teamwork!

CVS values customers! Due to Polly, a great CVS cashier, I was able to get immediate coupon and discount savings of $19.50 off the price of a $45.49 purchase. Polly was also able to show me how to sign up for monthly membership coupons, which is what’s needed in our current economy because every cent matters.

I have gone to this CVS and its pharmacy for almost ten years. The customer service has always been excellent. Today, a man named Michael helped me at the pharmacy. He was so friendly, patient, and helpful. And another man working there (did not catch his name) was also wonderful, helping me find a specific OTC product. I am very grateful for the friendly, helpful service here! The staff is great. I’m sorry that they have to deal with a bit of drama from customers and theft at that store. It’s a shame because it is a great store providing important needs for our community.

Horrible. I called in a prescription and they were not able to fill it right away. I went in and checked on it and was told it was on order. Next a get a text saying they were not filling the order and called may Dr for a alternative. This is not something you can just change and when I called I was told "well we cant get it but if you want we can order it" What were they doing for the last week? Just sitting there? I get they are having a problem getting it but to just not do anything about it is terrible.
