Horrible. I called in a prescription and they were not able to fill it right away. I went in and checked on it and was told it was on order. Next a get a text saying they were not filling the order and called may Dr for a alternative. This is not something you can just change and when I called I was told "well we cant get it but if you want we can order it" What were they doing for the last week? Just sitting there? I get they are having a problem getting it but to just not do anything about it is terrible.

I had to switch pharmacies because of the horrible service. Every week I had issues with a prescription and multiple accounts that don't have my insurance attached. I'd call and usually would get hung up on or not answered at all. If they did answer they'd put me on hold for Albert long periods (15-30+ mins) Or the tech would pretend not to hear me even though I can still get the people in the pharmacy on my end and hang up. Plus the reports of the company filling the wrong meds in the wrong prescription at their Samdrock location. It wouldn't surprise me on bit if they messed with my meds at that location too.

The pharmacy drive thru is extremely slow. In general, picking up prescriptions here is a ridiculously slow process. The people are polite and generally helpful,

Store needs to update its "wayfinding signage" signs. Row marked "Stationery" had no stationery.....had school supplies, diary/journals, etc. NO Stationery. Call it what it is. I'm not on a scavenger hunt. Very frustrating.

Pharmacy changes its lunch hours seemingly randomly, which makes it difficult to pick up medications. I'm sitting in the parking lot because today lunch is from 1:30-2. Also it's very hard to get through to a human if you call with questions.

FYI they don't process disposable cameras even though their website says they do. Staff was nice though

CVS always has everything you can think of. Like a mini Walmart or target. But they can get a bit pricey.., so be careful

I live rather close to this CVS but rarely shop here so it could be a one off. I only came in for 1 item but I was immediately followed based on how I look. Like I get it, I work in security for a retailer and you have to do you job to stop shrinkage, but at least I'm teaching my team to NOT be biased. There were 2 employees at the registers and all of a sudden 1 of them walked by the aisle I was in and asked "if I needed help", then when he realized I wasn't doing anything he kept walking. I walked right behind him so he would know I wasn't stealing, then he "suddenly stopped" for no reason and had me walk pass him. Like come on my guy, don't stereotype folks, learn from it and grow. Just my 2 cents...
