Horrible experience with this location as a c.v.s customer constantly have issues only in the past but this one takes the cake. In a nut shell i asked cashier if he could just cash out my $4 scratcher, and to be honest when I asked him he did look a Little nervous I assumed maybe he was new. He hesitated but said he could and to just give him a moment to open the lottery scanner. Like I said he seemed nervous I have worked retail almost all my life so I told him no rush even though I was in a rush but I assumed it would not take longer than 5 mins even that. This guy made me wait for nearly 20 min just to have the audacity to tell me he already paid me. I was fuming and to add insult to injury another employee that was experienced did not seem to care or believe my statement and both continued

We absolutely love our local CVS. The team members are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The coupons make shopping there extremely affordable. On our last visit, we saved almost $50 on our $100 items. Honestly, I'm not sure how they stay in business. (I suppose it's because the store is always well-stocked and clean. And of course the aforementioned employees.) It's one of our favorite local places to shop.

How do you guys have half the store locked up and not a single key to work any of the locks?? I go in today and I’m told the locks are either busted or the key doesn’t work and no other solution. Instead of getting what I came to grab I’m instead turned away. I understand homeless people might come in to steal stuff so I get the locks in practice…but if y’all can’t even open them for paying customers I question what the need of this CVS is in general. It’s more of a zoo for products than an actual store, you’re better off going to target or literally anywhere else to get what you need. Waste of time and gas

Consistently incompetent -then unpleasant to rude about it.
I will drive to any other much further. Seriously waist of my time waiting in slow line then they don’t have prescription called in 5 hours earlier even from ER. Looks like a very unhappy environment. Worse than going to DNV.

I agree with the person who says Ray is the best. So very kind and sweet. This pharmacy personnel has gone thru a lot. They are finally getting management to provide what they need to give better customer service. The store has had an ongoing renovations. Those of us who have been faithful customers for many years know the toll this has taken on employees. Be kind to them!

don’t get your prescriptions here. 10 people in line every time, 30 minutes or more. Worst experience going to no longer get our prescriptions through CVS.

Very slow service at the pharmacy, after a long line they said they hadnt filled out my prescription yet and made me wait another 15 minutes, then didn't call my name at all and made me wait in line again.

I ordered a photo print a week ago, it said “same day pick up” but I never received email notification about my photo print is ready, and a week later which is now I go to the store to check, I was told the printer was down last week so photo is not processed, I need to order again, also tell me don’t send the photo order to this store because there are too many orders in que. EXCUSE ME??? Your printer wasn’t working and I need to reorder it, now you tell me don’t print here??? “Greattt“customer service!!!!

I ordered my inhaler last night i waited until they took lunch to come pick it up i got notified that it was ready.. i came it wasnt ready i waited a hour and they decided to sit in the back to talk bad about there coworker while she wasnt around and stopped all of there jobs to do this. After an hour my medicine wasnt ready.

actually -1 star. gave me the run around for a script that was sent over to them by Doc. Every time I called I was told there was no such script there for the name on account. I finally came in to show documentation from doc showing the INHALER was sent to this specific CVS location. The person helping me finally changed her story saying "it is somewhere here and that they just cant seem to find it right now" smh? Don't come here if you value breathing. They will lose your inhaler and never follow up with you. Its been over a week, never heard back. Service was deplorable.
P.S. This was a script sent directly to location from a CVS Virtual Minute Clinic visit. Like really? really? never again.
