CVS Specialty provides AMAZING customer service. I have never encountered an issue that they couldn't take care of.

The CVS specialty pharmacy is the absolute worst! They don’t care about patients at all. I’ve spoken with a multitude of extremely rude reps. They threaten, don’t refill on time and don’t read their own notes. Hate them! Wish I had another option!!

I called to ask about why my prescription was $490 for a three week supply. I got shuffled around. The very worst person I have ever spoken to was a supposed supervisor named Blake. He refused to answer my questions or send me information. He lied, gave me the run around was generally mean and cruel. If I could get rid of CVS as my specialty pharmacy I would but since I cannot do that on my current insurance I will try to change insurance during the next open enrollment. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he gave me a number to call. It was Sharp Healthcare and they were surprised to hear that someone from CVS would refer me to them for supervision of a CVS employee. Blake should NOT be in customer service in any way. I’ve spoken to many many healthcare employees over the course of my illness and he is by far the very worst. I will be reporting him to the appropriate agency in hopes he will either radically change his approach or is terminated.

No communication. Deliverers are not as promised and they don't let you know they won't be on time nor do they reschedule the delivery without you having to call.

Horrible coordination/communication, trying to coordinate a prescription transfer from retail to specialty is like running a marathon through hell, and their incompetency makes me wonder how many people have died or gotten worse because of Specialty Services’s neglect.

Inept bunch of workers. All of them. I’ve been waiting to receive my meds since Oct 2020. I am still waiting to receive my meds. Every time I call to check on status they had a different reason fir denying me my meds.they blamed my insurances, my dr. The way paperwork was submitted, all kinds of excuses. At the end of the day it was all a lie. They are the bunch if inept employees. At this point. It supposedly all got straightened out and I was scheduled to receive my meds today. I waited all morning and at about 3:15 I called and asked fir status. I was told they could not download my address so delivery never got scheduled. Why was I not called to verify address. Inept I tell you.? now I’m told they will attempt delivery tomorrow. I’ve been waiting for 4 months ?CVS/SPECIALTY caused my blood work results to expire after 90 days and I had to redo tests exposing me to COVID by having me to go to clinic appointment to redo tests.

This CVS is conveniently located near Whole Foods and the freeways. It had organic pistachios - shelled and unshelled varieties! They also had organic mixed nuts, organic popcorn and organic Ashwagandha tea which I bought and tried for the first time and it was great. They sold 40 hydrogen peroxide wipes for $3.29 and the second one was 50% off, so I gladly bought two of those. 40 alcohol wipes were over $7, but hp is just as good. The employee that rung me up was nice. I was able to get cash back too.

They should be put out of business!!They have horrible customer service. When you are using a specialty pharmacy, in most cases you are dealing with life and death situations. You don't want to try to do business with them, unless you just want to die. TRY TO USE ANYONE ELSE.

My husband is on life saving chemo meds prescribed by his oncologist for type 4 brain cancer. It was to be 42 pills for the initial treatment. For whatever reason they delivered only 30 of them with the promise the rest of the 12 pills can be delivered on time, with ease, once notified. This never happened. On monday, we were in the oncologists office with our doctor when he first called CVS to tell them he needs his refill asap. We called and informed CVS 1 week ahead of time to confirm if everything is on track. Lo and behold, they had ordered it and then cancelled it and completely ignored the transaction. It was friday when we followed up again with only 1 more pill left and nothing to cover the weekend. We knew the doctors office would be closed during the weekend. My husband called the pharmacy to confirm once again. He even suggested paying extra to have it delivered on time. He was promised it would for sure arrive the very next day and not to worry about anything. Saturday morning we recieve an email asking to confirm if would we like to have it delivered by Tuesday! So we are supposed to abruptly interupt his treatment due to negligence on CVS Pharmacy's part? The incompetence of your staff is completely unacceptable. Just allowing the cancer to grow in the middle of his initial treatment is not okay. The staff show absolutely no empathy or concern for their customers. Its absurd. Fix this CVS Pharmacy.

My wife takes a special immunotherapy medication. The pharmacy usually calls when it is due but if you dont answer or respond back they make no other attempt to contact you. End result is they do no follow up and you dont get your medication in a timely manner. To be fair I gave them a 2
