Absolutely terrible customer service.
I placed a same-day photo puzzle order hours in advance for a friend’s birthday— so it was extremely important to me. The confirmation said it would be ready by 3:19 PM. I called the location six times with no answer.
When I finally went in person, I was told the printer had been backed up all morning and that they wouldn’t be able to print it. No one ever contacted me to give me a heads-up or offer solutions. I asked if they could send the order to another store, and the manager (Maria, I believe?) said it would have to go through customer service—which was closed.
If someone had simply contacted me earlier, I could’ve made other arrangements. Instead, I was left with nothing.
The energy inside the store was unprofessional, disorganized, and slow. No one apologized. No empathy. No sense of urgency or care. The management is completely lacking in communication, time management, and basic customer service. Extremely disappointed.

The morning, cash technicians are disrespectful, rude, and all up in your business not friendly attitudes. If you buy something be prepared for all that drama that comes with it. I come here in the morning because I work a lot and I was told don’t come in the morning, why don’t you come in the afternoon Because you don’t wanna deal with other customers from a cashier manager told me this she’s constantly making smart remarks along with the other cashiers same thing in the morning

Great experience at a CVS I’ve had by far. The cashier Angelica was very helpful and convince me I had to get the CVS plus membership to save money. I got $10 off right away.

I had a pleasant experience Maria helped me out a lot! I had to purchase something for a medical procedure I had done and she helped me with my insurance. When I went to the other cvs they never help me out with my medical benefits. I recommend this cvs.

Despite the bad reviews, I’ve had great experiences here. Pharmacists and pharmacy techs are great. I saw someone mentioned Jesus and I thought I needed to call out how wonderful he is. Always greeting with a smile. Also the very tatted tech (young woman) is also wonderful and very helpful.

Over all you get to find the basics but selection is limited. And they don't carry all products advertised.

For the pharmacy: the place likes to take very extended lunch breaks and won’t be available so keep that in mind when picking up your prescriptions.

This place is terrible! I came to get some pictures printed out as it is one of the only CVS that has a photo center, I tried to print a basic document and it took almost 7 of their associates including a manager to waste 20 minutes of my time just to tell me they have no solution to fix it. I then proceeded to print out some small mini photos, and the photos got stuck in the kiosk and instead of trying to find a solution associate Christina just try to pass the blame! Their manager seemed shy of doing any type of real work! There was genuinely almost 7 associates in the store and it took me 47 minutes to get 8pictures printed, when its advertised “prints in seconds”

Blown away by how rude I was just treated. Came in like usual to get my meds that have been ready for pickup and there was no one in line. The cashier lady looked me in the eyes, pushed a button and closed a gate door in my face and said sorry closed for lunch. I understand lunch and I understand customer service. It would have taken them 30 seconds to handle this but they didn't even give me a chance to say hello and rudely closed that gate in my face. I just stared at them in disbelief as they said come back later. After today, switching pharmacies.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN. If you have the unpleasant ordeal of having to call them in, be prepared to call multiple times for whatever lady answering the phones is so rude and quick to hang up. Don't be foolish like I was in thinking that she would be helpful. Super rude and unprofessional to hang up on patients in pain needing their medications. Its not my fault that your supplier doesn't have the medications

They closed the door on my face and told me they were going on lunch, and to come back at 2. It wasn’t even 1:30 yet, they could have just gave me the medication really quick before going on break, I really needed the medication.

Go somewhere else!!! Do not come here for anything. Pharmacy is a joke with super long lines of homeless people trying to get drugs. It's so dirty in here you step in trash or stains with every step.
