I'm blown away by how much CVS pharmacy has improved from even a year ago. I had to switch pharmacy's due to CVS constantly being out of stock of medications or just not having the worst customer service ever. But got tired of driving downtown to get my meds so came back to CVS & I'm so happy with how they've improved. Shout out to the Pharmacist MICHAEL!! He is THE BEST, if you ever have problems with your medications, ask for him! Better stocking, amazing & friendly service & my prescriptions are always ready a few days before I run out. Plus the store in general has gotten better.

Had terrible experience at this CVS. I would like to complain about employee Jessica.
As an Uber Eats driver I came to this store to get some items for the customer. I couldn’t find some of the items and tried to get help from employees. At this moment there was only Jessica, she was talking to some other person for a long time and I couldn’t get help. Then she noticed that I’m waiting to ask something. When I asked where was the item I need, she just said some aisles where it can be. I found some items, but then I needed help again and that’s where she said really rude that she is not going to do my job. That’s it’s my delivery order and she has her own job. That’s where I’ve got so confused, because I thought it’s a part of CVS employees job to help customers (or Uber Eats drivers, doesn’t matter) to find items they can’t find. I was so surprised and said that I want to talk to a manager, but she said she is a manager. I didn’t have any other options than just replace the item I couldn’t find. Then I went to check out and she was yelling at me and saying that I’m discriminating her as a transgender, but I didn’t say any word about her gender. I was trying to explain that I just was asking for some help, but she wouldn’t listen, she would keep yelling and even didn’t want to help me at self checkout.
I can say I was polite with her when I was asking for the help and even after when I was explaining that I didn’t discriminate her.
Other customer saw the situation and was shocked too.
I think people like her shouldn’t work with other people at the public places. I’m not okay with coming to the store and being yelled by the employee. Also I can't stand when someone is yelling at me, so after that I almost had a panic attack. This is terrible, that’s all I can say.

Lots of help at check out when I had coupons and app and credits . There was some confusion but they were sure to give credit.

They gave me wrong person's medication to me. I have been taking it 3 weeks. I looked name on the bottle today and it was wrong person.... this is super basic mistake and I am so scared about it. I should of check at counter when I got it.

Pharmacy will not pick up the phone, ever!!! I’ve called multiple times and waited on hold for over a half hour before hanging up. Then, I was in recently at the front counter and over heard the checker say that the pharmacy never picks up the phone. Amazing, especially when we’re talking about people health and medication.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful at this CVS. Beauty help is superior and they even point out coupons that they have that can help me save money! I am getting used to terrible/or no customer service at department stores but this CVS, in particular, must have a good manager. I go out of my way to shop at this CVS although others are also nearby.

Unfortunately, they do not carry a good stock of generic drugs. I came to purchase the generic CVS pseudoephedrine and they had ran out. I inquired about the next nearest CVS location and they had ran out as well. As I was watching the pharmacist, I noticed the section where they checked for stock was tiny. Apparently, they typically only have 3 boxes at a time... I had to buy the name brand version that was 50% more expensive. I am going to call and shop around next time.
