Don’t fill prescriptions at CVS! Bad customer services. Don’t pick up the phone at all. They gave me the run around instructions….call doctor….go to the other CVS pharmacy to fill the prescription. Isn’t CVS has one computer system? Will transfer and fill my 10 prescriptions somewhere else.

Horrible experience at the pharmacy in this CVS. The staff that greeted me was very disrespectful and was giving me unnecessary attitude. I have been up all night without any sleep at the ER, and I asked how I could get my pain medication faster. A simple question and with an attitude she barked back at me that it’s only her and the pharmacist.Which I can completely understand but she didn’t offer any alternatives or show any empathy or care. She is working with people (people who need medicine and treatment) but the people skills and kindness seem to be missing.I would give zero starts if I could.

Richa Krump, the lead pharmacist at this location is a evil human who lacks empathy and respect. Terrible Terrible Terrible person. I have reported her to ADA and the Pharm board. She laughed in my face and found it hillarious I coudln't get my medicine and she lied to my face twice. She then called my doctor to chastise him and try and convince him not to send my medication to a different pharmacy.Thank god my doctor didn't listen to her and said she was crazy.Who does that, who calls a doctor to yell at them for there prescription they wrote? I have been on the same medication for 13 years now with the SAME DOCTOR.Richa KRUMP, you ARE WAY out of pocket and extremely discrimatory. I intend to go as far as I can with American Disabilities Act and The Pharmacy Board to report you and your unethical behavior.Shame on you Richa Krump, you are a horrible person

Went in to this location. The manager of this pharmacy is horrible. The manager working there was rude and aggressive, extremely awful service.

This CVS is like any other, nothing special about it, but it feels very old and rundown. The doors squeak when open or close very loudly. The carts are always crooked & loud. The carpet is dirty & ugly . Other than that, I haven't has issues with anything else.

Mixed experience. Depends on who is at the counter. Sometimes it is quick. Other times you wait a lot.

I am so disappointed with this pharmacy. I have been waiting for a Rx for 3 weeks. I asked if they could please check the status. I was told "No, it gets here when it gets here." Now I checked and my refill request has been removed completely....WTF?

The pharmacist at this CVS is very rude. When I was signed up for a vaccination, she told me I wasn't qualified for it. She yelled across the Pharmacy store and embarrassed me. I am tempted to change pharmacies.

Ordered to pick up to save some time, they got my order wrong, I drove back and they messed up the order again. So frustrating when You get Home and you Don't get What you ordered have to go back.

Pretend like customers don't do your job every day and provide the bare minimum customer service because that would have been 100x what I received today. I asked simple questions because I don't have the inherent knowledge that pharmacy staff does when it comes to shortages and ordering medications. In an industry that requires some level of customer service, it would be nice if they could incorporate some refresher training on how to educate a customer or be helpful for 2 minutes instead of telling me: "Maybe you should go to another chain." Of course they don't care that the replacement medication I have to take is 100% more expensive that the one I've been taking for years. I am obviously not blaming CVS for the manufacturers production issues, but you don't have to be rude to customers that are unaware and trying to mitigate increased prescription costs. Go into another field if you're too busy for the same customers that have supported your business for 20+ years!

Do NOT patronize this store. They administer vaccines and when I went to get my vaccine , they said " our restroom is out of order.... it's not my problem ..."I asked to see the manager after having the embarrassing experience of discussing my health necessity to use the restroom in front of other customers. The manager rudely escorted me to the restroom and unlocked it ,with a huff and sarcastic, THERE YOU GO!"The restroom which the cashier said was "out of order" was clean , well stocked and fully functional. Also, the parking lot is a filthy dump and a blight on the community.I will never enter this store again.Awful!

Really disappointed. I accrued 8 pharmacy points toward a $5 store credit as a paid CVS member in December 2022 and it was just deleted at the end of 2022. Back to zero now.... WOW, no BENEFIT WHEN YOU SUPPORT THIS PHARMACY, DRUGSTORE!

I should've read the reviews before we visited the CVS at this location. As it was pointed out in many reviews, the staff was very rude. We went there for my daughter's passport photo. My daughter, who is 5 years old, had to go through constant criticism from the staff while she tried to take her photo. The situation was that my daughter closed her eyes when the camera flashed in front of her face. This is what the staff said in her own words:"You are not a baby! Why are you closing your eyes!"So my daughter became nervous and tried to keep her eyes open really hard. In the second try, she kept her eyes open, but the staff said:"Your head is not straight! This is not going to work. I do not have time for this!"I thought my daughter's head was straight, so I peeked at her camera screen and saw that the photo was really blurry. (They didn’t use a tripod or anything.) Even if everything went perfect as the staff had wished, the photo would have been useless. But she blamed the little kid for her blurry photo. Now I could tell that my daughter became scared of the staff. In our third try, she closed her eyes again because of the flash. The staff said:"Again? See? I cannot do this. Just go somewhere else!"In our way out of the store, my daughter told me with tears in her eyes that she was sorry that she closed her eyes. So yes, the staff did make a little kid feel bad if that was her intention. Who would do this to a child or even an adult?I told my daughter that it was not her fault, and we could try it again next time. We took another shot in a different place and got our passport photo in one try.
