Slow as molasses. Worst CVS pharmacy if you want speed of service. They sit on Rx for days and then when you go in or call they tell you please wait a few hours. This group somehow just can’t fill a Rx and text you like every other CVS is capable of doing. You need to babysit your Rx and incubate it if you want it filled.

I rarely write reviews unless I’ve had an exceptionally poor experience. However, my recent visit to this location left me so impressed that I felt compelled to share. I received outstanding service from the CVS staff, particularly Peggy and another team member, who I believe is the store manager. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue and provided the best service I have ever experienced. Thank you for making my visit so positive.

I unintentionally got here 10 minutes before closing time and the store manager as well as Mario were so pleasant & kind. Even though I was the only customer at the time, I didn’t feel rushed and they were so nice & understanding. I was very touched by their service and will definitely be back. They even honored my coupon that seemed to be expired due to the fact that the cvs coupons expires on east coast time.

We recently visited the pharmacy for my 5-year-old's flu vaccination, and I can't say enough good things about our experience with Erica, the pharmacist. She was incredibly patient, super friendly, and really supportive when my son was scared and crying loudly. Erica took the time to comfort him and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Her kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated, and we will definitely return for future vaccinations. Thank you, Erica! You are the best!

Shannon is lucky there is a pharmacist shortage. I could go on and on about how she put my father-in-law through hell as he was dying of cancer. My mother-in-law had a mental breakdown in the store because Shannon denied her mental health medication, and the manager had to get involved. My wife had issues as well. Now I'm just done with her. She is the most incompetent pharmacist we have ever dealt with.
My father-in-law passed. Both my wife and her mom have moved pharmacies. Now this will be the last time I fill a prescription here. I told her I'm active duty, answered her questions in a manner that any reasonable person could understand about the verbiage (which answered her question), and she still pivoted and changed reasons for why she couldn't fill it. In every instance, we have had to get management or someone else to tell her she is wrong, and then she fixes it. It's just insane.
This ongoing frustration has been expressed for years, even making it up to HQ. They called us once, we returned the call, and they never called back. It's really sad where we have come as a country that we are so short on staff that patients have to endure the abuse at the hands of this one incompetent person. Thank you, CVS. We are gone for good. Can someone please fire her and promote the younger pharmacist already? CVS knows it's a problem.

They have lost a customer now. I feel sad for them, it looks like a store that’s going to get closed anyways and the older lady at the reception is making sure that it should close down soon. I feel bad for the other man working there - he will lose his job too because of this lady’s rudeness.
I would give 0 stars if I could. This is for the older lady at the store - she was nicely chatting to an American gentleman before me, but as soon as she saw me her racism got the better of her. I went for a pickup order after getting an email from them. The older lady at the reception started telling me, you should come 1 to 2 hours after putting in an order - I told her I came because I received an email that said the order is ready. Then her reply was - sometimes they just send the email - is it magic? Obviously someone from the store had notified the software, that's why I got the email. And even if there is a bug - she should take it up with the software department of the company - what is a customer supposed to do? Anyhow, I got my package which was right before my eyes. Then I told her my phone number to pay fo some extra items I had picked up from the store - after entering the number, I asked her if she can use the rewards on my account. Then she said, you are not signed up for rewards in a loud voice. That is such a lie. Then I raised my voice too and told her that I am a member there. In the end, I got the rewards which were on my account. Disgusting behavior.

Great store, convenient location but staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. There is only one tall gentleman at the checkout who is friendly and helpful.

This CVS is our go-to store for not just items but also prescriptions. The store staff is so nice including Mario, Michael, and everyone else. The store manager, Anthony is very nice and I even see him on the floor stocking items and helping customers. Overall a great experience for a CVS.

Horrible!! Good luck trying to actually talk with a Pharmacist!! SO frustrated. My son has a G-tube, I have questions about his medication and apparently they're too busy to help! Solution; if they lose customers, perhaps they'll have more time then!

I’ve been to this location multiple times and it almost always seems like they hardly ever have even basic items (especially basic beverages) in stock. If you’re looking for customer service in this place, you’re more likely to get better service in a graveyard. If you do find someone, especially at the cashier, they don’t want to help check you out. They will gladly point you in the direction of the self checkout.
