This place sucks! Inventory is not restocked and they have a lot of old items. If your prices are going to be high at least restock them..

I just really wanna tip my hat to the manager there his name is Anthony he's a young Hispanic gentleman the first time I came in there man him like didn't really see I and I but I live in an area so of course I'm gonna be at that store I just wanna say that this gentleman has like every time I go in the store me and my daughter like we had that one little accident and after that it was just a misunderstanding but after that like he has just been the best young manager I have seen ever ever ever And I think that it's only right to give him a compliment and to let you guys know how well he is doing I mean is this is this is really like a humble in Spanish used to see the grove that he has had already so I do see him going for weathers with you guys or someone else but I said that I love you guys should let him know give them lunch sometime so I have no how well he's doing thank you Oh and one more thing the bathroom is absolutely spotless every time I come

This cvs is horrible. It is located next door to North gate grocery store. Definitely one of the worst CVS. Poorly stocked, horrible customer service and poorly stocked. Looooong check out. Good luck

Yesterday at 12:51pm I went to your CVS to pickup my wife's prescription that I left last night and had to wait for it to be prepared. But that wasn't the problem, I waited in line for the second time and got close to the register when a guy was being help by a Filipino lady at the register when he started coughing all over the place and sneezing. He was obviously sick and he touching everything but he was wearing a mask. Well we all know that masks don't stop you from spending your sickness to everyone. When he was done the lady didn't clean and sanitize anything and just called me up to help me, but I asked her if she was going to clean and sanitize the area and she said no. So I told her that I will wait for the next cashier and the customer at that register told me he couldn't believe she wasn't going to clean it. Well the cashier next to her hands her a can of lysol and she just put it down and didn't clean the area out of spite to me and just calls up the next customer who just looked at her and wouldn't touch anything. If this is how this CVS keeps people safe from Covid 19 I will not be returning to this CVS.

Worst customer service ever . Came here needing something that is behind their glass cabinets . Pressed the button for assistance no one showed , pressed it again a make worker went to go ask for the keys , then left somewhere never came back . Pressed it again and another worker came from the pharmacy asked me I what I needed , I told him the items and he said he has the key for one item but not the other ?! How In the world are you not gonna have the key ? I told him to disregard that item and to get me the main one I asked for he said ok I'll be right back, I waited 10 minutes and he didn't show . I hang around starting to get frustrated until this elderly lady who worked there was kind enough to bring me the damn key and get me what I wanted (the 1 star is for her . 1 star=5 stars for her customer service ). I go pay and the young gentlemen at the counter rings me up , I go to pay with a bill that had a tear and clear tape ; I didn't do it , that's how it was given to me . He asked if I had any other bills , I asked why ? Then he tells me about the tear and the tape , I told him I mean it's a real bill , if the bank takes them like that I don't see why they wouldn't take it . I could tell my response annoyed him , he accepted the bill gave me change(bills) , and when he gave me some leftover cents he threw them in my hand . CVS is always last resort for me , when any other store doesn't have an item CVS has in stock , it's really over priced but if you need it you need it .

This place had to be the worse place for getting your prescription filled. Not the fact that they don't fill the prescription, but it's the fact of customer service from the pharmacy techs and the pharmacist are horrific. Staff told us "we've never heard of your insurance/rx coverage/provider so, we can't help you." When the reality is, we called our provider and asked if cvs is a part of their network and they confirmed it. We called our provider before we even attempted the pick up. The pharmacist's attitude was horrible, he is only the male in the section and he of course uses his "alpha male syndrome." The female techs were just following his lead, but with that leadership they will act the same way. We were able to receive our meds only because we called our provider and asked to call the pharmacy directly to fix the issue. Bottom line is the pharmacist, pharmacy techs, and billing tech will not put any effort to figure out what's the miss. Cvs staff's code inputs for our provider were all wrong, that's the reason why it not go through in the first place. They assumed that we were using Tri-care and even mentioned when we got to the counter that they do not accept Tri-care anymore. However, our ID CARD says Veterans Affairs, CHAMPVA and optima rx. If the pharmacy tech would just take her time to actually read what it says on the card and not just see an American insignia and assume it as military Tri-care, information input would be proper. If we were just anyone else, who do not do research and figure out how our provider works. Then, we would walk away with no meds if we had no money. We have money, we can pay the $75, but we also have a service that covers our medical needs. So, to anyone who was turned away by a pharmacy, because they haven't heard of your provider. Please, do research because the pharmacist or pharmatech are usually to lazy to help you figure it out. To the pharmacist and pharmacy techs, please get more informed about how your system works and brush up on your customer service/ people skills. People, feel and know what FAKE nice is. You are essentially dealing with peoples lives and well being. If you don't care about people and just care about your salary and putting pointless pills in a bottle. May be, you should look for a different career. PS. This review will reach CVS corporate. Be well, this is a lesson learned for everyone involved. Including us the customers.

Terrible prescription Pharmacy. They are constantly on backorder for weeks or months at a time. This staff is not rude but not kind. I will definitely never go to a CVS again. Way too many problems. I think a lot of people go there because they think that those big Pharmacy are the only ones that will take their insurance but they're wrong. There are lots of pharmacies that will take your insurance. Pharmacies where they actually will know your name. Pharmacies where they are actually willing to help. Along with other medication that I take I also take testosterone shots at home. They have been out of the needle to give me a shot for 3 to 4 months. Obviously I had to go elsewhere. So sad because there's stores a good place to run in and went out for a birthday card or something benzer Pharmacy is absolutely abhorrent I wish I could give it a zero Stars

Horrid pharmacy techs. They will do the lease possible for their patient. And in my case simply going to another CVS location saved me $200 in coupons all because this location did not want to follow through. The nasty look I got for even asking a question was ridiculous

I have to give one star just to be able to add my review. If I could I would give this pharmacy 0 stars due to their RUDE employee Maryana. I went in a few minutes ago to pick up some medicine and as I'm paying my son asks me if he can get a toy. So this b**** thinks she can look and SHHHH my kid.. Uh, I don't know what kids you SHHH, let me just tell you not mine! Only thing that kept me on my side of the counter is the fact that I had my 3 yr old with me and I'm 7 months pregnant. I really hope management does something about this girl, she is so un- professional and disrespectful. You just don't mess with people's kids. I'm so upset at this now that the girls in the front of the store (cashiers) are so nice and friendly always and it's not fair that a customer gives such a bad review for just ONE person. Shame on you Maryana for giving such a horrible customer service experience and for disrespecting my child!
