I am beyond impressed with the way the employees of the CVS Towne Center Dr have handled the transition of the closing of RiteAid on Governor Dr!! They have taken on all of the prescriptions for the now closed RiteAid and they are doing a phenomenal job!!! Bravo!! Hoping everyone has patience during any transition of this magnitude. Would love it if CVS took over the old RiteAid space!

The team and Elma are awesome. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and ended up saving me a ton of money on my prescription. This is the only CVS I will go to from now on. I can't recommend it enough.

We have been to this CVS many times but when we visited today (11/30/24) around 3pm Tristan really helped us out! He was very kind and quickly assisted us! His attitude really stood out to us in a great way. Thank you Tristan!

Dr. John the pharmacist was excellent and patient as my 2 kids and I received several vaccines. Would highly recommend if you need annual flu or covid vaccines. Appts recoomended

Pharmacy team are super helpful! I can't thank Naz and the team at CVS Pharmacy enough for their incredible support! Naz went out of his way to contact my doctor regarding my prescription and even gave me a call once it was ready for pickup. It's rare to find such dedicated and caring service these days. Their willingness to help and attention to detail truly made a difference for me.

0 stars: WORST experience! This pharmacy has declined over the last several years. They pushed me to my breaking point when they refused to accept a picture of my ID, despite doing so over a dozen times before. They told me to go elsewhere if I didn't like my experience! I rarely leave bad reviews, but after a string of terrible service by this crew, I'm done with CVS Towne Centre. While there are great ladies who have helped me in the past, I'm disappointed in the attitudes of the Pharmacist and technician. They need to remember they are in customer service.I'll admit I got heated and take responsibility for getting upset, but after 14 years of patronage, you can't treat people like they are pieces of trash.

Accepted a prescription without having the drug in stock. Wasted 20 minutes of my time after the script was transferred to another location.

The woman cashier was very friendly and extremely helpful when I went in to get my ears pierced! Meredith did my piercings and she was awesome! Very kind and patient. She went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with placement and that I was well informed on care and etc..... I went back twice for more piercings and requested her!!! I tell all my friends!

I love this CVS at Renaissance Towne Centre. The parking is easy and I love the workers in this store especially Bob who works in the pharmacy. He always has such a delightful attitude and is very helpful.
