Don't buy anything new from them, they don't really have a warranty department. They will yes you to death, but no follow through. Boat had lots of issues when the put it together. Had to pay outside vendors to get it right.I believe Denison Yachts have the best selection of boats and yachts in the country and perhaps the world. Many times rare boats and yachts in short supply, advertised by other brokers, are buying them from Denison. I was looking at a new catamaran, I saw the same brand advertised in three markets. It was the boat I was looking at from Denison. The other broker asked who I was working with and I told him Denison. He told me he was going to buy it from Denison and sell it to me, so stick with them.We bought the Excess 15, it was a very expensive purchase for us. Buying a new boat is tough, a bit of calibration is needed. We are going on an extended cruise. Denison put a team around us Kurt the salesman, Will and Chris technical support Eddie , the trainer and Kim the point person! Everything isn't complete yet but its just about there. I like the group, I have been frustrated; not necessarily with them but the supply chain. Parts and equipment take a while. My relationship with with Denison is about three months deep, they stuck with us after the sale. To be fair Westcoast Multihulls is a division of Denison Yachts, and they also do charters in San Diego and the Sea of Cortez. Kurt, Kim and Eddie are part of that team. I appreciate all of their help. The Denison name carries quite a bit of clout with vendors and tradesmen. I had an issue with a vendor, I had paid in full for an essential and expensive item. The vendor could not answer when he would have my item if at all. One call to Kim straightened that out. The vendor called and had a date and time the item would be delivered and it was!Special thank to Jean Marie of Denison Marina Del Rey, for our whirlwind tour over the Labor Day weekend.

I recently worked with Kim and Kurt to purchase a boat they had listed for sale. Although it wasn't the right boat for us, Kim and the team at Denison were very communicative, professional, and easy to work with. Look forward to doing business in the future!

Very politely informed me that they don't sell small boats.

Great people and website is so good and useful. The marketing that this company uses to sell yachts is above the rest. They spend majority of their profits and push it into marketing to sell their clients boats.

Mid 2020 my wife and I began searching for a boat. Living in the San Francisco Bay Area, we traveled to look at boats all over the Bay Area, the Delta, Stockton and even Sacramento. Not finding anything to our liking, we continued our search online. It was through our online search that we connected with Kim Dumas and Denison Yacht Sales in San Diego. Kim was a dream come true! She understood exactly what my wife and I wanted in a boat and she made it her mission to find us the perfect vessel. She was never "on the sell" and always put our interests first. She located the perfect boat for us -- a 2006 Sea Ray 340 Sundancer! Being 600 miles away, we depended upon Kim to be our advocate and arrange for a sea trial, vessel and mechanical surveys, and haul out. She handled all negotiations with the seller and made sure that all i's were dotted and t's crossed. Kim even helped arrange for suggested maintenance and repairs and went so far as to go shopping with us to help us accessorize our new boat. Kim was extremely professional, always available and eager to satisfy whatever concern we may have had at the time. It will soon be one year since we added "Carol's Cruiser" to our family and we couldn't be happier. We have had a blast during one of the most challenging times in the history of our country with COVID. We took her out the Golden Gate and made memories that will be with us for the rest of our lives. We can't wait to have fun and make more memories this boating season. If you're in the market for a boat, Kim Dumas can get it done for you. Thank you, Kim!

We bought our 1998 Sea Ray Sundancer after looking for well over a year with Kim Dumas at Denison Yachts. Kim was always keep me updated but never tried to steer me into looking at anything we weren't interested in. Until she found our Sundancer 400 and she worked to get us the best deal on what was a challenging negotiation. We couldn't be happier with Kim and recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell their boat should consider calling Kim first. She's knowledgeable and professional and made the entire experience for us as smooth as possible.
