Absolutely run away from this place. My husband and I brought in our iPhone 12 Pro Maxes to get the back glass fixed. Luckily, my phone turned out fine. Unfortunately for my husband's phone, they broke the lock button. So, we had to reschedule to fix that once they got the part in for it. Although this was their error, we still payed to then fix the lock button. Fast forward a couple weeks and the back glass broke again upon a small drop on a carpet. After bringing the phone for a second opinion, the other shop said that the installation job on the glass was subpar work and that we should return to the original shop. So, we brought the phone back again. They fixed the glass and admitted that the original job was poor. My husband told them we would not be paying to fix this again. The manager then told my husband "have a nice day." Soon after my husband left, the manager texted ME (who was not part of this transaction other than to be told that my husband's phone was ready for pickup) saying the following:"Please, I don’t need you guys service and tell your husband don’t come back here ever again".My husband did return immediately after and asked that an exchange manager be present for him to speak to the employee. My husband explained that the manager contacting his wife 2 minutes after he walked out was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate.We will not be returning there (ever) and will urge everyone we know to steer.

I turned in my MSI laptop June 9th. It is now July 29th and I have not so much as even received an update. I have called every week to ask what the status is and they tell me it is “at the lab” and that the lab will contact them when it is repaired and they will notify me. I asked and they wouldn’t give me the name, phone number or any details about this lab. It has been 8 weeks. 8 weeks where I haven’t been able to complete work tasks at home or play video games or access my documents because they don’t have or won’t give any details. When I have gone to them in the past for other services the service was usually pretty quick but this is getting ridiculous. I told them to contact the lab and tell them to send it back and I will take it somewhere else because this is unacceptable.

They fixed my galaxy note 20 5g ultra screen perfectly. I am very happy with their service, but hope I don't need to come back anytime soon.

This is just my experience with the individuals working there. After helping me over the phone and going over pricing I went in. The pricing changed since my particular model couldn't be repaired so easily. After weighing the cost of the repair she immediately started pulling up other options. New/Used models were too similarly priced compared to the repair costs and ultimately was the deciding factor on whether i upgrade or not. Again i didn't get a repair but the personnel are both professional and experienced. If I ever have another issue I'd definitely go back.

I have had Device Pros fix my phone twice for different issues. First they replaced my screen after I obliterated it by dropping it onto a piece of metal. Second, they replaced my battery after it became defective and shut my phone off. Both times the folks who helped me were very polite and professional, very personable too. 5/5 would recommend.

Arlene repaired my cracked iPhone screen in less than 15 minutes and was very friendly and professional in doing so. I would definitely come back again and will refer others to do the same!

Worked with Arlene at the MCAS Miramar Device Pro. She is very professional and provided myself and my Wife with Outstanding tech support. I highly recommend Device Pro and the work and support provided by Arlene. We had trouble loading new Microsoft software and she was able to trouble shoot and resolve all our issues and a great price. We will use her for all our future computer requirements. Greg

Arlene, at device pros is always giving us phenomenal customer service. from laptop repair, to storage devices and now phone screen protectors. She can be counted on to take care of you and your device needs. I live in Oceanside and I would still rather make the drive to MCAS Miramar, because I know the job will be done right and backed up by a warranty. Great experience and great service.

DevicePros has been a lifesaver for me. I needed emergent repairs on my iPhone on short notice and they took care of it with no problems. And the cost was inexpensive. I recently had issues with my laptop (which I really like) and instead of buying a new one, Arlene and her team were able to trouble shoot my issue and get me a new hard drive. My computer is running like new and fast. Like getting a new SUPER CHARGED engine!! Again, it was inexpensive compared to buying a new computer. Arlene was very professional and assisted in ways that I would not receive at any other computer shop in SD. She is the BEST! Thanks for all the assistance.
