I have come here a few times to have my car looked at when my tire light comes on. Discount Tire has been my go to since I started driving. Mike, the manager, was so helpful with resolving an issue that I had with my tire light. He was super friendly and explained things to me. Buying tires here and their other locations and being able to come for patching and other tire issues is definitely worth it.

Great service with extremely nice staff. They patched my tire for free even though I had not purchased the tires from them. It was very kind of them.

I'm not usually the type to post to review, but I am just amazed of how good today's visit was. I made a call prior to showing up asking how long one a tire rotation take they told me around 45 minutes therefore I'm like cool I'll head out now I get there. They took my keys and I was only waiting for what it felt like it was under 10 minutes, I didn't have to give them anything but my keys!!!! If only every place was like this!

The staff here are always really friendly and helpful! I come in for an air check whenever my tires get low. I appreciate being able to stop by quickly to refill my tires.

Went in today for a flat, left within 30 minutes and they were able to assess I needed all new tires which I had NO idea I needed, which I truly appreciate! But the reason for the review is that when I was there, a guy helped an older lady so efficiently, kindly, made her an appointment at a different shop to help her car needs, made sure they knew she was going, and just seeing how patient, kind, and giving he was made my entire day as I had a rough morning and I think the world needs more of those kind actions. Don't have the guys name, but it was so sweet and I'm beyond happy to come back here again.

Purchased a new set of tires here, a week later got a nail as TPMS was showing a low pressure in one of them.Went to the shop and guys just replaced it with a brand new tire for free. Michael does a great job and provides great service!

Mike and his team at Discount Tire Mission Gorge Rd. San Diego were able to repair a flat tire in 40 minutes~10 min more than promised, but OUTSTANDING service none the less, because they were swamped. I have the misfortune of owning a 2023 Sienna Hybrid with NO SPARE. The SOS button is your spare and roadside assistance sends a tow truck to tow you to a dealership or your choice of tire repair shop. Discount Tire on Mission Gorge Rd. San Diego is my go to place AND they did it for no charge. I am sure Toyota would charge me something? Hybrid owner beware, NO SPARE on most hybrids. I normally change to my spare and drive myself, but Toyota does not give you the option on most of their hybrids. I had to wait a while for a tow to take me somewhere to change a tire. Terrible! What if I had a flat in Death Valley?Thanks Mike for your help getting me in and out quickly?

The people are awesome. They go above and beyond to be helpful. Service is beyond 5 stars. Had to give the shop 4 due to impossible psrking situation. There is very little parking there. No where near enough to accommodate how busy it is.

I called Discount Tire on Mission Gorge Road in San Diego and asked what it would cost me to get a tire balance and rotation since my car was new so I didn't buy tires there. It's been a year since I bought my car and I've only got 7000 miles on it but I wanted to have them properly maintained. I came here today right after dialysis because I haven't been able to find time to do it otherwise. I feel a little weak, which is typical after treatment and when I went up to the front desk after waiting in line, I didn't look good and I hesitated. I told the clerk who is named Francisco I was fine, but I was sorry because I just finished dialysis so I wasn't feeling so good. He had me sit down and then he came over and took my keys and information and then he came back after he checked my car. I told him I called earlier and they said it would be $44 because I didn't buy the tires here, they were new. I asked if I could give him my credit card instead of getting up from my resting chair. He said no, absolutely not, this is on us. It's so nice to see such kindness. Discount has always been a late company especially the one here on Mission Gorge Road in San Diego. I highly recommend it, and I think them so much for the kindness. Francisco has no idea how much you made my day! I just saw him helping another customer and he really is a wonderful customer service representative for discount.

Discount tire is just that a tire store and shop. Do not let them change your windshield wipers. They butchered my wife’s BMW to make theirs work. I was nervous letting them do it so I took pictures before they started. When I showed them the before pictures and asked for an explanation, they said “that’s what they had” and agreed it looked bad. They did not offer to rectify the situation. I asked to have a manager call me but never got it.
