My wife and I went to Dixieline for some window and door options last Saturday, was very pleased with the options just wasn't sure if we could fit them in our budget. Mary helped us and had a fantastic experience! She gave us plenty of options that fit within our budget and was super friendly. Shopping for new renovations can be stressful but thankfully Mary made it quick and easy for us to make a decision and narrow our budget to make our choices! We will be recommending Dixieline and Mary to our friends for all of their renovation needs.

Dixieland was recommended by a contractor for my replacement windows. I went to their website and booked an appointment. Paul returned my call, and he provided the best customer service you could ever expect. I had a small job and thought Dixieland wouldn't be interested. I would highly recommend Paul and Dixieland. He was able to provide a quote, then looked for ways to keep the cost down without sacrificing quality. He even went to the site before writing up the quote to make sure he was recommending the right product. Likewise, he went back after the job was finished to ensure everything was alright. He's very easy to communicate with and very responsive. A+ to him and Dixieland.

My mom and I found it very strange that the Dixieline here in Miramar was CLOSED yesterday (January 2nd) when the listed store hours on the door said it was open until 5pm (we came there around 3:30). It took driving to ANOTHER Dixieline location 20 minutes away to find out that Dixieline closes on the days AFTER Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. That location had its Holiday Hours sign up on its door. But not this one.

Went to Dixieline today inquiring about some doors for my new house. I've gone to a bunch of places and haven't had a good experience or found what I was looking for. Mary was very helpful and informative, great with her customer service! She answered all my questions and I'm excited to work with her. Thanks for a great experience Mary!

Just do not bother doing business with Dixieline. We bought a WinDor multi-glide sliding door and the minute it was installed, I was unhappy with how it opened. It was sluggish and actually put a strain on my back trying to open it. Their floor model opened much easier, no comparison to what we got. They came out and measured and we had our contractor remove and reinstall to triple check that it was plumb line and squared, and that did not help. They sent out WinDor, who came and replaced glide guards and that helped a little bit but not what I experienced from their floor model. After almost a year of back and forth they sent out the store manager from the Sports Arena store, and a regional manager, plus a rep from WinDor. Predictably, the regional manager opened the door and said, "Seems fine to me." And he continued to treat me in a very condescending manner. Even the WinDor rep mansplained me on how to open a sliding door the right way to avoid straining my back. Bottom line: WinDor quality is SUBPAR for $7,000 price tag. Yes, I understand some of the higher end multi-glide doors are much more expensive, but I say if you can't afford the best, do not skimp, because these doors are sluggish, the tracks and other bits and parts are cheaply made, the black finish easily scrapes off. And the customer service is terrible. The frustrating part is they play games with you feigning that they care so much and will do what it takes help solve the issue, but when push came to shove, they looked at me blankly and said there was nothing they could do. Bug blinds had been broken off during installation (because, again, small cheap parts) and they said they would ship new ones to the store. And when I asked if they would come out and install them with no charge, the regional manager quickly said, "No." I wish I could remember his name, but he had terrible social skills and made me feel like a fool. It has been several months and I have heard nothing from them about those parts being ready to pick up. I left a voicemail and.... crickets. Bottom line: Buyer beware. We chose the door based on the salesman's knowledge and the floor model operation. But once that expensive puppy is installed, you are on your own. I asked them if I purchased a different door, would they take this one back and give me some credit. They said, no, that door is trash once it's removed. Well, it's trash to me now, so I will have to live with it until I can afford to replace it, and I will definitely use a different company when that happens.

Mary was a great help in picking out doors, determine left or right swing, and handle sets. She also assisted with the baseboard and casing designs. I greatly appreciated her attention to detail.

Went there to return some item, forgot my receipt. Was able to return, but spend twice more than I return. Going back for other tools. Less hassle more customer service place to spend my money.
