⭐ 1 Star — Dollar Tree Store #3337
I stopped by today to pick up a windshield washer and paid in quarters. The cashier (Nina, register 1) was noticeably rude and tossed the coins back at me without a word or a receipt and after telling her not to throw coins at customers she started yelling so upon advising id call corporate she just cracked laughing! Great :D . I was polite the entire time, just shopping quietly with my small dog. It was an uncomfortable experience, and honestly, it left a bad taste. I don’t expect perfection, just basic respect. I hope this is addressed.
I have called corporate too and filled a formal complaint, every human deserves respect

I need to report two individuals who prevented me and my daughters from using the restroom in an inexplicably racist act. Ms. María informed me that the manager's name is Kimberly, who attempted to run over my daughters with a cart.

This dollar tree would be great of they didn't have any of the current staff. Gentleman with tattoos on his neck is unnecessarily rude. Don't expect a hello or any sort of greetings from anyone of the employees. There's one lady who I've never seen have a name tag on but she takes the cake for rudest employee ever. She will be quick to yell or smack her lips in your face for asking a question.

Employees in there are really nice but the customers that come in there steel and they’re mostly homeless there needs to be a security guard at the door deter unwanted shoppers

I shopped here for the first time on a busy Saturday recently and wasn’t sure what to expect based on some of the bad reviews. This is a discount store so I wasn’t expecting anyone to greet me and fawn over me while I shopped. I found the store clean, and well-stocked with merchandise. All the cashiers were busy and working hard, and got me checked out quickly. The prices are great. Maybe if I looked REALLY HARD I could find something to complain about?

Slowest cashiers ever. I only stop by here when I'm coming from work. The one off university is better stocked, and has a faster check out line. The employees act professional but look unprofessional (need grooming?)

I came in on February 12 2024 8am to get decorations for my nursing home to have a Mardi Gras party and the next day Valentine’s Day party. I had a very good experience until when I checked out the cashier check me out for balloons Told me to get them because she had a long line and when I went over to get my balloons, one of the other workers she happened to be African-American started screaming at me that I need to read. I shouldn’t be touching the balloons and I was explaining to her that I already paid for my balloons. The cashier asked me to grab my balloons cause she’s busy and she told me no I need to wait and not to rush her the supervisor then came out because she heard the Commotion. I asked this lady for her name she told me to mind my business she would not give me her name I asked the supervisor for the ladies name. She told me her name was Kimberly, but I don’t believe she gave me the correct name. I asked the supervisor for her name she said, cece I still don’t think that’s their names. I was highly offended because I was being yelled at by someone who works at a store that’s supposed to be helping me, and instead of the supervisor dEscalating the situation. She just made me feel like she wanted me to hurry up and get out and like she didn’t care that her employee was yelling at a customer it’s sad that you can’t feel comfortable shopping because there’s no one stepping up to be in charge and make sure things are ran properly

The stars for the great selection options! But the customer service is not the best, and they only have two registers open on a weekend in the middle of the day! I get staffing may be an issue but I come here pretty frequently and it’s like that all the time. Only come if you are not in a hurry because majority of your time will be waiting in line.
