Outside this Dollar Tree, I was confronted by an individual who became verbally aggressive and hostile after I declined to give him money. I was genuinely scared for my safety and immediately reported the incident to the store manager. To my shock, the response was, “We don’t do nuthin about that,” with no willingness to call the police or take any further action.
It was deeply unsettling to experience that level of fear and then be met with complete indifference from staff. Even if incidents occur outside the store, customers deserve to feel that their safety matters. There should be a clear protocol in place, and at minimum, a willingness to help.
No one should have to choose between shopping for essentials and feeling safe. I left shaken, disappointed, and with the impression that customer well-being is not a priority at this location.

I love this place. You can tell that the people that started this company and the ones who run it today have always had the customers best interest at heart. I commend the Dollar Tree on its commitment to providing quality at an unmatched price and I recommend supporting this company. There are no other dollar stores around after the pandemic and inflation. They only went up a humble 25 cents. At the other stores I'll be damned if there is anything for a buck anymore. Update some prices on certain items have gone up.

LOVE LOVE THIS STORE. It my second home yeah it could be messy but its probably from us (my cousin and sister ) I come in all the time when I need something (I don't I find random crap and I buy it) It may be messy but the workers are all my friends and next time I go (tomorrow) ima dab them up.

Ghetto as heck! Homeless always in the front of the doors. The store is so messy and unorganized. The employees talk about customers right in their face, so rude and Helen the manager is RUDE!!! Not friendly at all and always seems to be in a bad mood.

Big store variety items. Bought christmas decorations at 90% off paid 13c-30c each item. Paid 13 cents for each one of this items that are regular priced at $1.29.
