The sidewalks in east village are disgusting. The clean and safe website mentions power washing but there is zero evidence of power washing in months. Also the pop up bathroom on park and market is unsanitary and littered with trash left by the homeless and drug addicts. Ever since it was built it’s been nothing but trash and filth surrounding it because it’s not properly maintained and nearby homeless folks are allowed to pretty much do whatever they want.

It was fantastic working with Ernesto and his team to plant a memorial tree for our pup who passed a year ago. They made sure we could attend the planting and a plaque in her honor, on the day of her first anniversary.

Useless security service with no legal authority to do anything. The homeless ignore the security. The afternoon dispatcher is incompetent. Why create a separate agency with a $1M+ administrative budget so that Alonso Vivas can have a title of Executive Director of trash and useless security? Vivas should be terminated immediately and the City should takeover this operation.

Had an inexperienced driver of a van. Bad driver on 163 Friars Road, to Hazard Center. Not really well versed in case management. Probably will be great some day with proper training and empathetic skills.

The maintance ambassadors(cleaners) are helpful with directions and are the front line on keeping downtown and east village clean. Considering the extreme challenges with the huge homeless population concertrated in these areas, they do a pretty good job keeping it cleaned... They also respond FAST to business owners or residents who call in. If your a 7-11 owner, give the SD employees FREE ice......geesh they are out there making sure the front of your business is clean and safe....

I 100% respect what the Partnership does for the city. What I don't respect is the hiring practices via the Clear Company Talent Management. 100% boo boo. I applied, they reached out and we scheduled a phone interview. Not only did they ghost me for the interview, they even ghosted me when I reached out by phone and email. Terribly unprofessional. I hope the "Office Coordinator" C.J. never loses their job and has the same experience.

Best service ever. Our shop got hit bad with graffiti the night before I called. They wasted no time and were promptly out the next morning to handle business and clean it up. Thanks again for the excellent service.

Horrible response times in both security and cleaning requests. I've waited for days for cleaning requests to be fulfilled, specifically for broken glass along sidewalks where many DT resident dogs walk. Sometimes the requests are completely ignored. Do better.

As a business owner in Downtown San Diego for the past 13 years, I am extremely grateful for this non-profit. Every Staff member I've encountered has been extremely kind, professional and more helpful than any other non-profit I've encountered. 6 STARS!!.

Maybe don't appoint a COO who has to resign from the city for being shady, sells out to tech companies (Cox) , unethically destroys city records, appoints Utility Dept Directors that quit after a year, and are generally an out of touch boomer.Kris Michell is problematic at best.
