My most favorite group fitness studio EVER! The workouts, the coaches, the front desk staff, all top notch! Coaches go above and beyond in class to make sure that all levels of fitness are welcomed (challenge + modification options). On top of that they provide multiple skills sessions each month so there is always an opportunity to learn something new! My fav perk is that the studio is open 24/7 so there is never an excuse not to hit a session :)Shoutout to Coach D & Coach Jamie.

While I am not the member of Eat the Frog (I live in LA)- I recently joined the Accountability Club, ran by Eat The Frog Fitness. I wanted to write this review about the amazing coaches- specifically Damien & Jamie and the culture of the gym. Since joining the club, there has been an overwhelming sense of community. Members have come together to motivate, encourage, share tips, be real with one another and most importantly, hold each other accountable. It is really made the difference to have this group to lean on as we all work towards goals in better ourselves. More regarding Damien & Jamie, where do I start? They are incredible people that truly care. They go the extra mile to share their knowledge, brainstorm systems that work specifically for you, and their approach works. I can already see the difference in my body, strength, energy level and mood. Damien spends so much time speaking to clients, creating podcasts, sharing information & providing guidance. I only wish I lived closer to join the work outs! Nothing but lovely things to say about this gym and these people.

Definitely check out EAT THE FROG FITNESS! Imagine hiring a team of top industry professionals who agree to train you for 8 weeks with a money back guarantee you will see improvement in your strength, endurance, and/or flexibility. ETF has expertly developed, personalized workout plans with a mix of low-impact Cardio, Strength, and Agility sessions. I'm honestly excited to work out thanks to the Frog Squad family!

Everyone that works at ETF is amazing - enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful. They know you by name and have the best workout around. I started with ETF during the pandemic because they had a better ZOOM option than was available with Orange Theory and then when things began to open up, were the first to offer outdoor fitness in a safe and fun way. I really give them kudos for making things work in such a difficult time. I hae STAYED with them, despite the fact that it is kind of far from my home becasue i really beliee they have the best workout for the best price. It's worth the extra drive!

I took a chance on Eat the Frog about a year ago. At the time, My exercise regimen of occasional walks followed by wondering why I was not making any progress in my fitness goals was not really working. My excuse of not having a convenient place to work out was also not working since ETF has a great location about two blocks from my house.Yeah, there are also other reasons I have avoided the gym in the past. Have you ever been inside that one that says they are open 24 hours but are not? Aggressive marketing, followed by very little support after youcommit to 87 years of binding membership. Yuck.This is not that.I was happy to find hour long, coach-led sessions, as well as accessing to the gym around the clock (on the chance that I get inspired at 3AM for some reason). And the coaches there are actually helpful ... as in helping me with form and motivation, instead of trying to get me to buy 11lbs of a sketchy shake that may or may not be powdered eels.They actually come with the membership, and are not an add-on. Aside from the coaches, the staff are great and relentlessly helpful. The community who works out there is composed of great people who also cheer me up and motivate me on a daily basis, many of whom have become friendsETF also provides fitnesses assessments to gauge your progress over time, mobility clinics on the weekend to help with form and movement, and to explore the equipment in depth.I'm grateful to have ETF in the neighborhood and after one year and 200+ classes, I can say I'm in the best shape of my life.

I love this gym. I’ve been coming here for a little over 8 months now and it’s been all I was looking for in a gym. It has coach led classes and then the option to go in whenever you would like, to take virtual classes. The staff are incredible and the workouts always challenge me. Love my Eat the Frog Fam!

I grew up exercising on competitive sports teams. Nearly all of my fitness sessions then were coached. Now as an adult, I prefer working out at Eat The Frog and getting coached while I do it; it provides me with guidance, accountability and motivation. Other factors that draw me to this gym are:> solid full body HIIT> thoughtful and varied workouts> low impact cardio machines and floor exercise options (I want to keep my joint cartilage around as long as possible)> Convenient location and parking> And not least the staff and environment are friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, and inspiring.

I have been a member of Eat the Frog Scripps since January 2020. This studio was the first group fitness studio I had ever experienced and after my first session I knew it was the place for me. From the amazing owners to the friendly front desk staff to the incredible coaches and wonderful members, Eat the Frog Scripps is more like a family than a workout studio.During each and every session the coaches are encouraging us as well as giving us modifications either to make the workout more challenging or easier depending on what each member needs. After each session coaches are available and happy to discuss results based on our heart rate monitor's progress. One of the things I love about ETF is that as members we are not competing against each other but rather motivate one another. During each and every session our coaches can be heard saying, "Turn and give a neighbor an air high five" and at the end of the sessions it's, "Give it up for your team!" The entire Frog Fit Family continues to build the sense of community each and every day.Another element of Eat the Frog Scripps that is extraordinary is that workout sessions are offered 24 hours a day. The coach led sessions are from 5am-10am and then again from 4pm to 8pm but if that timing doesn't work for you, each member has a key fob and come in for a virtual session anytime that a coach led session is not being offered. The virtual sessions are awesome because you can still have your progress tracked by wearing your heart rate monitor, the 2 giant screens tell you exactly what to do and there's a playlist of music along with AC and lights that keep you pumped up during the entire session. These virtual sessions have been amazing this summer when my daughter's camp schedule is all over the place.There are so many amazing qualities about the Eat the Frog Scripps Studio and I feel so fortunate to be part of this Frog Fit Fam. If you haven't had a chance to check them out, I highly recommend you do so ASAP. Come in for a free trial class! It's awesome!!

I really enjoy the workout, coaches and the staff. Intimate workout setting for those looking to get more fit. Workouts are tailored to agility, cardio, and strength-training—depending on your preferences. Even on my “off days,” it’s a very motivating workout.

I’m so grateful to have ETF in the neighborhood. These guys are the most positive people that you will ever meet. The environment is motivating and caring. I’m not a morning person at all, but I would get up early consistently for ETF training. The result is immediate and impactful. I highly recommend to check them out!

I absolutely love Eat the Frog! As a college athlete it does a great job keeping my fitness up in the off season and is a fun break from my sport. The coaches are amazing and it is a great community to join. I was hesitant about doing group fitness classes, but the modules are easy to follow and the people at the studio are so friendly!

I'm a physical therapist and can not say how impressed I am with the way the workouts are programed in phases to prevent injury while optimizing workouts. In addition, how knowledgeable the coaches are with creating "options" for exercises that may be too difficult or painful. The workouts can be adapted for anyone from the average Joe to the G.I. Jane.Coach Damien and Dalton bring so much life and energy to the gym. I get a real sense of community and have made quite a few friends at the gym. If you are looking for a place to feel a real sense of acceptance and rejuvenation given the stresses of average day to day life, look no further!

If you want an incredible workout that provides you strength (weight) training, Cardio and Agility, you have come to right place. I have lost weight and kept it off while building muscle and becoming stronger and healthier. I have never looked forward to working out until I came to Eat the Frog Fitness. The coaches are fun and super motivating and I have made a lot of good friends which hold me accountable. I highly recommend you check it out. The first session is free and there is no contract... so what do you have to lose.... except weight?
