My car was not ready and no other suv was offered without a big increase though I had a reservation made weeks ago. They told me I had a mileage limit of 100 miles even though their website said 150 and even though my reservation said unlimited. Basicaly told me to wait or cancel my reservation.

I will never rent a vehicle from Economy, I had to jump on two different shuttle to get to there officesVehicle was not cleanthe rental had ants all overwhen bringing the rental back an additional $30because i had leave it in another lotI would rate it a Zero

It is cheap but not like bigger chains. You don’t feel safe while getting a car. Cars have some damages. You have to be careful and fully take a video for the existing damages while getting the car. Also you must confirm the rent before going there. Middle companies confirmation may not work !
