Make sure to make an appointment. I did not have an appointment. Karina and the rest of the service department made it happen they get me out. I dropped the truck off at 9 o’clock pm and they had it for me by 2:30 pm on Saturday. Thank you Michael.

I am a perfectionist. when it comes to Rene , it’s good to stay on top of your mileage and when it needs serviced, They get overwhelmed. I was not notified and spent quite a bit on fuel. You will not be notified. Rene and Brandon was great in the beginning doing everything he could to help me get the truck and rental agreement going with the insurance company and Rene was great after that was taken care of detailed issues with the contract and the truck. Rene Is great with detail explaining everything.”

“I cannot recommend Penske enough! This location took care of my family when we were given an unreliable truck from Budget Rentals for our cross country commute. They were able to get us a great deal, same day, for across the country, and the truck was incredible. It had adaptive cruise, lane departure warning, backup camera, Bluetooth speakers… which made our journey so much more enjoyable. It is 100% worth the extra money if you can afford it, and they’re very reasonable if you call with a quote from someone else.”

“My truck was filthy on the outside and the gas was so low that I had to go immediately to a gas station before I could get on the freeway, but, they made it so pleasant to pick up the truck and drop it off that I didn’t even care. The inside of the truck was clean, so having mud and dirt on the outside is really not a big deal.
I got a pickup truck so I could drive about 30 miles away and pick up some furniture from a friend, drop it off at my house, and then return the truck. I was able to complete all of that within three hours and for only around $75 at U-Haul, so I was a happy camper.
If I need a truck again, I will definitely rent from here. The employees are also awesome.”

“The personnel at the office on Sunday morning when I picked up my rental truck. There was an error on the web page. Depression corrected it. When I was supposed to return the truck I wanted to get another day. No questions asked he got me extension of another day. The only issue that I have with the budget truck a rough ride. But security in the smile that I got dismissed the rough ride when I returned the vehicle”
“The location was great, and the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the rental process easy.
My only issue was with the overall cost. I ended up paying nearly $90 for what I expected to be about a $20 rental. I stayed within the mileage limit and even returned the vehicle with slightly more gas than when I picked it up, so the final charge was a surprise.
To be clear, my concern is with U-Haul’s pricing and fees, not this specific location. The employees and service were great, but the unexpected cost left me disappointed.”

“Just finished a rental, it saved me time and cost of mileage. This is a self service 24/7 truck pick up and return location. With the mobile app and follow the instructions, it is easy to finish the process. The only downside is need a mobile phone with internet and if the mobile internet is too slow, it takes some time to finish upload the pictures during the process. Overall it is a good experience.”
