“Everyone we spoke with was super helpful, they had our reservation on time and the guy even gave us a slight discount because he was required by corporate to take lunch during our pickup time of 12pm and they only had 1 guy working the desk for the day. They didn't have our dolly, but he contacted an affiliate near where we were heading and we picked it up on the way (he removed the charge for the inconvenience). Also got a quick walkthrough of how to operate the truck - pretty straightforward but still nice. Positive experience, I always prefer Penske to Budget or Uhaul.”

“I use their online checkout and in store pickup frequently. It's super easy and gives you reviews and recommendations with all the product specifications online which makes shopping a breeze. I've been there over 10 times in the past week working on renovating our new home so I am starting to know the store better which can be confusing but the employees are very helpful when asked. I wish their credit card had greater benefits but it is mostly a weak scam, other than that the store is beautiful, well kept, and efficiently operated.”

“I like this place. My boyfriend got a unit for us and the first time I went to leave some things I was a little worried I wouldn't find the unit. The manager (?) was a super nice and then a nice female employee showed me to my unit. They have little carts that you can borrow for free which is super convenient. Everything is very clean and organized.”

“I stopped by there yesterday around 4:30-5 to pick up some pepper plants and some other odds and ends. I was surprised by how great the employees were. Two stopped me to ask if I needed help. Laura in the gardening department surpassed all my expectations. I was looking for multiple plants in one pot and she kept looking even after I walked away and she found some very healthy looking ones. She chased me all the way almost to the other side of the store to hand it to me! I'm a fast walker. Come to Home Depot, where they will make sure you have the best experience!”

We were quoted $8,000 minimum, by regular moving companies, to move a few items from Oregon to California, when renting a UHaul to drive our stuff down (and enjoy the beautiful coast Hwy) cost us $800. “I want to thank Joanna in the paint department for being so nice and helpful. She deserves five stars but I'm only leaving four stars for the store because she was actually correcting a mistake made by another paint associate. A few days before I asked for four white paint samples. When I got them they weren't even labeled with the names of the paint and they were a different brand than I asked for. When I asked about it he wrote the names of the paint on the samples with a marker and nobody responded as to why they were a different brand. When I tried them out I realized that at least two of them were just plain white paint. I took them all back and Joanna fixed the mistake and gave me correct samples that were properly labelled and the right brand. She was great.”

“These guys were great in a pinch! Long story short, I originally rented with Penske 1.5 weeks prior to needing it. Morning of, I get a call saying they don't have the size vehicle I picked and was not able to get one within the time I needed it to move! So I called this U-Haul and they got me hooked very fast! Gentleman on the phone was very helpful and they were able to get me the size I needed at a nearby auto shop for a pickup right away. I am glad I chose them, overall with the mileage I drove for back and forth moving, U-Haul overall was a better price. Thanks U-Haul for saving me when I was in an emergent time constraint!”

Prices se fair though I never know for sure. Always had something wrong with our cars, missing knobs, dangling mirror, etc. but we will still go with them in the future. Would give them five stars If their cars are all in good shape, I don’t blame them for sending them to Mexico.”
