Food was delicious. Service was not horrible, just not as good as It should be for a $30/$40 per person restaurant.

We ate here today while visiting San Diego. Everything was perfect from the service to the atmosphere and food. We decided to split the Grilled Chicken Brie melt sandwich, Edgewater burger & Kale Caesar salad. Everything was spot on with amazing flavors that complimented each other. This spot is right by the water in Sea Port Village. Tons of stuff to do here but this is a must try if you’re in the area.

Crab cake and calamari came out lukewarm and soggy. Expected more from a fancy restaurant

I had made reservations for this place and then read some pretty bad reviews but took a chance on keeping our reservation and was very glad I did. The food was delicious, my portion was perfect, the service was great and everyone was really happy with everything.

Great service and fantastic atmosphere. Had two consecutive dinners here and the wait staff were great. The food is fresh and a reasonable price for the area.

Terrible service! We have been visiting this place for about 6 years, and it gets worse each time. Today was our last visit to this place. Time is 3.36pm, about 5-6 tables occupied, this place is empty, we asked for a few dishes from the main menu and a few dishes from the children's menu) but two of these dishes were from the morning menu, avocado toast and pancake you cannot order after 3pm in an empty restaurant)) why these strange rules?))

The food was good however the service was abysmal. Be prepared to pay extra for parking (we were there for 2 hours and paid $24)

Had a nice dinner by the water here. We ordered the oysters and sourdough bread for starters. The oysters were fresh and came with a couple different sauces you could add into them. One was like a calamari sauce, one was more herby, and they had little tabasco bottles too. The bread was delicious! It was cut into quarters and was warm and fluffy. It came with whipped butter. For entrees, I got the catch burger and my partner got the filet mignon. The burger was great and had excellent flavor. The fish was juicy and the thick cut fries were fluffy. The filet mignon was a bit more rare than asked for, but certainly still edible. We also got a classic margarita, a mango margarita, and a wind & sea (vodka soda). The drinks were good but strong!Service was kind, and they moved a heater over to our table when it was getting chilly out. They also let us stay a bit past closing which was incredibly kind of them.Food: great flavor, if you're picky with how your steak is cooked, you may have to request your food be sent backService: Seated promptly and friendly serversPrice: this is a pricer restaurant but the food is good quality and the portions are a decent size

Don't expect an extraordinary meal, it's good for a snack. Ask to be on the terrace so you can enjoy the port. The service is pretty standard.
