My family is having a tough time after my mom had a fall. We were scrambling to make a flight and they let us return our car to this location and Luis made sure to get us moving and went out of his way to help us. Thanks Luis! In these tough times your extra effort meant a lot.

This location in San Diego has been awesome! They are very friendly, very customer-forward. If they don't have the car you reserved, they upgrade you for free. We reserved a Kia Sol for a day and they upgraded us to a freakin' Masarati. Such a nice car! Remember when renting a car, always get the damage waiver. It brings complete peace of mind for an extra few dollars.

I love Enterprise because they really do go above and beyond to get u into a rental. Not like other places where u book it, then u get there and they find any little thing to decline renting u a vehicle. Enterprise works with u and they are all so pleasant even the customer service reps on the phone! Love u guys ??

The woman who picked me up from the car repair shop today (sorry, I forgot her name!) and Jacob who helped me get the rental car were both friendly and personable and made the whole experience as smooth and easy as possible. They were awesome and a bright spot in a bad morning/early afternoon.

I rented a standard car from this location for a work trip. The car, a dodge charger, was in great shape. It was ready on time and easy to pick up and drop off. All of the staff I interacted with were professional, kind and helpful.

I always have had good experiences with Enterprise, this time was different because the car i got was provided to me due to my car needing repairs. As usual the customer service was great, except that this time I got a car that had issues with something electrical. it was dirty and I felt that the brakes were not fully working. However, I figured it was a loaner,(pay by Insurance), so i guessed it was not going to be the same as when I rented it. This was actually the first time I was in this situation, but overall Enterprise and its cars has always been great!

The **best customer service award** ever goes out to Tyler!! I called 20+ Enterprise locations repeatedly for a week trying to get help and no one could help me. But then Tyler saved the day! He went wayyyy out of his way and above and beyond what would be expected to make me happy and did it all with a smile on his face and a gracious attitude. Then when I later found out I left something valuable in the car I was turning in, he called me to make sure I could come get it. Tyler = hero.

Had a reservation for a weekly rental in San Diego. The agent was professional and courteous. Although there was a minor issue with the rental car, the manager contacted me promptly and offered a solution to correct. Would definitely recommend this company.

They’re already a half hour late picking me up without even a call. Very disrespectful of my time!!10/10/22 I’m 5 days into my rental, I have questions, they never answer their phone! I’m working, I can’t stay on hold for half an hour! I’m doing my job, why can’t they do theirs!

This location sucks.. snail pace everything. Bathroom shut down for renovation. I made reservation and waited over 40 mins ans still not available to get my car.... do not pick this location and you will be pissed.

Took 45 minutes to get my car, with less than a half a tank of gas that ended up having the check engine light come on after making it to my first destination, then on to the gas station, from the gas station to my next destination a whole slew of other issues arose. The slowing itself down like I was stepping on the brake when I wasn't, which confused my passengers and scared me. It felt like the transmission was slipping out of gear then struggled into gear making the car jump forward, fun in bumper-to-bumper traffic. After finally making it to my second destination, reverse went out of commission when attempting to drive down the street to another Enterprise location. I had to be pushed from the spot I was parked in to be on my way... And to think, I rented a car to avoid car problems.. Not at Enterprise. The good news after a 15-minute wait on hold to speak with someone from the original rental office, I was told how flexible they are about swapping cars and to just visit my closest location... Check out my other review for that fiasco! All and all not the greatest experience with plenty of room for improvement.
