Had to leave my suv for repairs and needed a car to get to work. I made a reservation online and a few days later when I arrived, Zack and Lelana helped me(sorry if I'm misspelling either names). They offered a free upgrade since the fuel efficient cars weren't returned yet. I decided to wait, and even though it didn't take very long, they gave me a discount which I thought unnecessary but I was grateful. I brought the nissan car back a day early and because I returned it before noon, I wasn't charged for the additional day. I'm used to a bigger car, so this little Nissan was scary to drive in for me, but I had no other problems than being a big person in a little vehicle with tiny mirrors. The radio sounded better than in my own car. When I took the car back, Gabriella greeted me when I pulled in to check the car. All three of these employees were very helpful and made the process of renting a car easy for me, and I will be a returning customer. Thank you guys.

In the last few months, I've rented cars from Enterprise as far away as Florida and closer to home: San Diego and Los Angeles. This is a phenomenal company with outstanding service. Plus the cars are always sparkling clean and brand new (or feel brand new). No matter who answers the phone or who is at the desk, they are consistently friendly (no matter which location), as well as understanding: I was unexpectedly delayed on one road trip and late on my return and the Enterprise office waived several hours of overtime fees. Corporate-owned companies like Hertz and Avis are impersonal and inflexible - Enterprise is the opposite: Friendly, flexible, and puts the customer first. I wish all companies were run this well. A+ in every way.

My experience with Enterprise Car Rental was incredibly frustrating. Despite reserving a pickup at a body shop through my Geico insurance, I was transferred between branches and encountered dishonest representatives. I waited for an hour at the body shop, causing me to miss all my morning meetings. The lack of transparency and the impact on my professional commitments left me deeply disappointed. I rate Enterprise Car Rental 0 out of 5 stars for their deceptive practices, inefficiency, and disregard for my time. I strongly advise others to seek alternative options, as my experience with them was highly unsatisfactory.

This enterprise gave us a small Mitsubishi suv.I had my wife and two kids in this car, and I noticed the suv had no brakes. The pads were all gone...Super unsafe and unprofessional.So be careful and double check your rental.Some of the staff was amazing..

I wanted to take a few moments to express how awesome my experience was here at this Enterprise location, 3851 El Cajon Blvd, SD. The ladies here were all very professional and courteous. Leilani was like a bright ray of sun to start my day, as were all of the employees. I was upgraded to a larger vehicle for free, but that is not why I am writing this review. The customer service was outstanding and the positive vibes were truly appreciated. Thanks again for a great experience. This is my 3rd time renting from this location. I will be back. Thank you all,especially Leilani for your help with my rental.

I changed my car out a few times due to issues with the rentals. The first one was just eating my gas and hadn't even driven far, followed by another having transmission issues and so on. My rental car that was supposed to be fully covered by my insurance while my car was getting fixed. However, when I returned the car (as scheduled) I was supposed to get my $50 deposit back. Instead I was Charged and additional $30! I called them to ask why and they said my insurance doesn't cover additional taxes that are added for every day the car is rented. I told the gentleman that no one informed me of this and I did not see this in writing in my copy of the rental agreement and would like a copy sent to my email. Instead he proceeded to give me a refund instead and apologized for the charge and to let me know that insurances "don't always tell their customers about those fees." My point is that I should have never been charged an extra fee to begin with and I am still waiting on a copy of my receipt.

Handicap drivers are ignored and lied to!! I don't remember having to deal with such incompetent lying irresponsible service representatives. The first girl, said she would make the request and it would take 24 hrs to get my handicap requested car. I call the next day and she said she'll follow up with me. Never got a call. I call back and a different service person said the car has to come from the enterprise at the San Diego airport. There's no way to call or get in contact at someone at the airport. You can only call the call center. That's stupid as it is but regardless, I ask the service center to ask for someone at the airport to call me. No one does. I keep calling and getting different answers. Someone says to me 2 days later to call the enterprise handicap center. I call them and they say that there's no order request for me to have a handicap car. 3 days later I call the this enterprise to follow up with my representative. She's not there so I ask for management to get involved. It's been 5 days. NO ONE has called me back regarding my need for a handicap car. I can't believe how poorly ran this company is. Obviously, enterprise DOES NOT CARE OR ACCOMMODATE HANDICAP DRIVERS. Very sad.

I pre-paid for a rental car. I had it for a total of 3 weeks and 2 days while my car was being repaired. When I dropped the car off they told me that I would be refunded $300 for my deposit. At this point I had paid them a total of roughly $2,000.00. $1,700 for the rental and taxes as well as the $300 deposit. Instead of refunding me the deposit, the CHARGED another $1,700.00. I have now paid them a total of roughly $3,700.00. They claim to have been under the impression that they had only authorized the previous amount. This is not accurate. They agreed to refund the $1,700.00 and the $300 deposit however not before I wait 3 business days. If I hadn't noticed immediately they would have gotten away with over charging me $2,000. More than double the cost of the rental.

Received amazing customer service from Akina when coming to pick up my rental. I think she's the manager there, if not, she should be. Good customer service is hard to come by these days! When I returned my rental, Leilani made sure the process was under 2 minutes! Thank you Enterprise for making my birthday so special !!
