Zero stars!! Does NOT care about safety!! Staff should KNOW the service needs of their vehicles. They intentionally rented us a diesel truck they knew had one fried battery. AAA had to rescue us twice over the weekend to help jumpstart it & each time they mentioned that they were shocked that Enterprise would rent the truck out.

HELPFUL EMPLOYEES(5 stars)Experience teaches us. SITUATIONUnfortunately, my car is going into an autoshop to get a (tiny) repair due to someone opening their door and scratching my car. Their insurance is covering a car rental the time my car is in the shop.INSURANCE CLAIMIt will depend on the insurance company of the party that is responsible will eat the bill. Or whenever the claim is filed. AllState is contracted with Enterprise. The party that is responsible for the damage has AllState and we are going through their insurance. AllState gave me a daily dollar amount. They pay through reimbursement. They will do their best to match the size of your car. Unfortunately, I drive a BMW and what is offered to me through AllState rate is an economy class (I am ok with that, don't need anything fancy at the moment). They will not cover insurance on the rental, gas, or mileage (FYI, Enterprise offers unlimited mileage). HOW IT WORKSCall an Enterprise closest to the autoshop. Or the one contracted with the shop (so you can get picked up and dropped off). Provide them the insurance company that the claim is filed with - they have contracts/deals with multiple insurance companies. Give them the daily dollar amount the insurance gave you. The employees will set up everything from there. I was quite pleased with the customer service here. I called not know what to do because all this is new to me. Will from Enterprise walked me through the process and how it all works - thanks for schooling me! This location isn't boundary with the shop (would have to Uber to shop) however he helped me get setup and then move my information to the closer Enterprise location - that way I don't have to Uber and can be picked up! He told me my rate was for Economic class and I am ok with that since this is super temporarily. We set up my pickup date (when they will pick me up at the autoshop and bring me to enterprise to pickup my rental). Shop quoted me M-F, however since the work is going through insurance it will take longer and according to them AllState is slow at approving supplementals and estimate longer then 5 days. With that said I don't exactly know how long I'll have this rental and so we kept the end date open. PAYMENTSetting up in advance is free. I will however be paying a $300 deposit when I pick up the rental. And then get the bill after my rental reservation is complete. Then get reimbursed. At least I'll be mobile while the car is in the shop.

I've rented vehicles (with my company discount) at this location 7 times since September 2021. I even became an Enterprise Plus member. However, each experience has been getting progressively worse. The only employee that provided quality customer service was Jeff; everyone else seems to be ineffective or poorly trained. Once, I was given an unwashed car that wasn't sanitized and wasn't even offered an apology (during the COVID pandemic). Today's visit would've been the 8th time I reserved a vehicle though Enterprise using my company discount. I received a confirmation email from Enterprise that showed the rate would be $120 + tax for 3 days. When I arrived at the front desk, I was asked to show a staff ID badge. Sure, no problem. I handed the sales agent my staff ID and my credit card. Then, the sales agent abruptly refused to honor my company discount because I didn't have a "company credit card". This was never an issue, nor brought to my attention, during the previous 7 transactions. Each time, I used my personal credit card and work email. Instead, I was told I needed to pay the standard rate of $250 for 3 days (double the price)! It definitely seemed like a bait-and-switch tactic. I asked for a print out of the new rate, to which the sales agent refused to do. After expressing my displeasure and frustration, I declined the much higher rate and exited. After this unforgettable experience, I will not be returning again to this location ever again (6330 Marindustry Dr). I will also be emailing

This was the best car rental experience ever! The online price was cheaper than other Enterprise locations we checked in the San Diego area, and their customer service was outstanding. They got a car ready for us prior to our initially requested pick-up time, and it was in great condition and an upgrade from what we expected. Returning the car was especially fast and easy, and Erin was extremely friendly and helpful.

Was off to a rough start with waiting some time for a pick up, but I know that is a benefit for those that live within a few miles of that Enterprise. What made up for the time spent waiting was the customer service from Ashley at the front desk and my driver both in pick up and drop off, Liam dropped me off and it was a good conversation. The SUV I rented for work was in good condition and I enjoyed the 4 days I rented.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! This will become your worst nightmare! You can't reach customer service and when you do they are rude and lie about calling back. Save your money and time!!

I came here for help finding a rental and they did little to nothing to do so. They judged me and gave me false information. They are have poor customer service. I will not recommend these guys to anyone.

I just returned the rental after having it for 22 days. I can not stress enough how great the customer service was! I didn't realize how long I would need the truck for. I am thankful to enterprise for helping me extend the rental agreement multiple times. Thanks Enterprise. Most importantly, thanks Raman!

Starting using enterprise at this location specifically about 5 months ago and now I only go to them. I've rented about 6 cars from them and every time the experience and level of care/ customer service has been superior. Their prices, I think are unbeatable compared to other rental companies and other enterprise locations. Ramon and Alberto always take care of me, they are extremely accommodating as far vehicle selection, drop off/pick up, and giving the best deal or back for the buck. If there is a problem with the car they swap it out no problem, if wait times are longer they accommodate. Keep up the great work here, I'll be a lasting customer.

Rented a cab over truck with lift gate to move. Rental experience was good, truck did the job. My issue is that a month and a half later I had an erroneous charge on the credit card I used for $105 that I had to dispute through my credit card company. Had I not regularly checked my credit card statements they would have gotten away with it. Tough to leave a good rating for a company that you can't trust.

Excellent service, @5816 Miramar location, Thank you! After I arrived at this Enterprise I inquired about upgrading to a 'high end' vehicle that normally most locations would not carry, except maybe the airport. A young lady 'EBONY' went out of her way, on the phone making calls & getting the vehicle I wanted & having it delivered to us within 15 minutes!.. sparkling clean & ready to go.. Wow! I can't say enough about the quick polite customer service that Ebony provided. 5 STARS all the way!

Booked a minivan, got a confirmation. Showed up to be told they are out of minivans and that there is a glitch in their system. What an inconvenience, waste of time and utter lack of service.

I've been using Enterprise for almost 2 decades, they've always taken good care of me and our customers. This is a new location to me, used to be in a different part of the building but, i had real good service and was in a car before i knew it. They got my business from now on... And i think I gotta crush on Ebony too, she's wonderful

Do NOT USE or pre-pay a reservation with this company! We pre-Paid, confirmed and got an email that they saw that our flight was on time and we would have our ride ready. We got to the super shuttle and a bus was there but we were told that was for "other" passengers. It had 2 riders in the van and the dispatcher informed us that we would have to wait for another van and NONE were near the airport. The van left and the dispatcher, Alec, was at the airport and told us he called and couldn't help us. He told us that the drivers don't reply and that the main dispatch didn't have a van and we were out of luck. Mind you, it is now well past midnight and we have four young children and he tells us we are out of luck and he cannot help us. After wasting time with their representative at the airport, my husband called the number on the email and they said they have no clue who "Alec" is and that they will send a van to get us. The van showed up an hour late after a TON of complaining and calling the main line ourselves!!!! Completely unacceptable and I will never do business with this company again. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!
