Staff was so friendly and caring that I felt compelled to leave a review. I can't imagine how busy it's been for them during the holidays yet they were so pleasant. I appreciate the good vibes and quick service!

Had a great experience with enterprise! I normally use hertz for weekend trips but this time needed to add some week days on as well and their price skyrocketed. Enterprise's rate with the week days was more around what I was expecting to pay. When I arrived I was seen immediately at the counter, check in process was easy. When I went to get a car a person actually helped me and walked me to the cars available. I let her know I'd use my own insurance. And she got me into a brand new car with less than 8k miles. Clean and in perfect condition. Very happy since hertz has supplied me several filthy cars in the past. I returned the car with no issues and my deposit was refunded. Easy nice experience!

I rented a car for one way going to LAX. Your branch of Enterprise rental car. I am a person who is known for being brutally honest. In my opinion, your branch is by far the best Enterprise that I have ever been to in my life. It is also the best rental car experience I have ever had. Their people are courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole experience was nothing short of awesome. The company should visit this branch and make it the standard for the company. Your car was far cleaner than any. I rent cars a few times a year when I have to travel. I especially like the efficiency of this rental car place near the San Diego airport. I had a lot on my mind that night and was a bit disorganized for the first time.The rental worker at the car return named Isaiah was so helpful and thoughtful. He got me organized and on my way to the buses that took me to the airport. He came over with a smile and great energy which I really appreciated. I definitely would be using this car company in the future he was an awesome representative.RA # 563698914

Picked up rental early Friday morning. I was assisted by Sarah wow she walked to the car with us provided all the info including all questions on car features, she was so kind. I turned in car Sunday afternoon & James efficiently checked us back in quickly with a genuine smile! All the staff we encountered were so kind, helpful & happy! Enterprise is the best car rental company in my opinion!

We didn’t plan on getting a rental for a short weekend trip but decided to walk-in. They were able to accommodate us quickly and it was worth it to be able to explore the city and see the views! We were especially impressed with the customer service from Deo! polite, entertaining, and got us in a nice new clean vehicle. Great Job Enterprise team!!

The service at the location was a bit odd. First off, I had no idea Enterprise had an exotic category of cars. That could explain all the associates dressed in business wear and walking around like car salesmen. Secondly, we ordered a 15 passenger vehicle but throughout the entire process the rep was trying to put us in another car. The van was eventually pulled from the back, as it was not ready... it was just strange. Van did what it needed to do for my trip and was in great condition just the pickup process wasn't pleasant. I'm not a fan of enterprise and this visit just put another nail in their coffin for me.

The service, sure, it was good, and those employees? Oh, they were as professional as they come. But let me tell you, my problem is with this company's sneaky, underhanded fees.First things first, I went ahead and booked a car, got that confirmation email, you know the drill. But when I strolled into the Little Italy location, guess what? They've run out of cars. Can you believe it? Left me high and dry, without a ride for a whole day, all because they overbooked like there's no tomorrow.And then, the kicker. Since I couldn't get my ride from my preferred spot, I had to settle for the airport location. And what do they spring on me? An $80+ airport rental fee, just like that.Oh, but the fun doesn't stop there. My car rental was supposed to be a straightforward $600 plus gas and tax, but these hidden fees, oh, they had other plans. Blew the total right past $900. You better believe I'm not gonna let this slide. Stay far, far away from this shady company if you know what's good for you.

After the not so helpful service in Ontario, Ca and the stress of a last minute return change and no one getting back to us, we returned the car to this location with Isaiah. He was friendly and helpful. Changed my mind about my future renting with Enterprise. Honestly, was about to give up. So, really appreciated the fast in and out service as well! My newborn appreciates it! :)The person who wasn't helpful from Ontario could learn a few things from Isaiah!

A week before my scheduled car rental with Enterprise I unfortunately had my wallet stolen, which contained my drivers license. I ordered a replacement from my state DMV and printed out the state provided letter. I had pictures of my drivers license, which I printed, and did physically have my passport. I had rented from Enterprise numerous times before with no issue.At around 11 pm, with my 7 year old daughter in tow, I approached the Enterprise counter and explained my situation above. The employee I had to work with had zero empathy for my situation. He turned us away essentially stating "I haven't seen this before. You can take an Uber. I can't lose my job."I respect this individual was attempting to follow rules. It's not his fault I did not have my original drivers license. My big issue was that this employee barely made any attempts at resolving - or even ASKING - a manager. He said the manager was at lunch for another few minutes. He went around to other employees asking, "have you ever seen something like this," to which another employee literally responded with "I don't know man, you have to ask a manager". This was the point he turned us away without a shred of compassion. This guy said, "you can take an uber" without even so much letting us know how to find the uber pick up location after we had to shuttle into a separate rental section of the airport.I work in a law office and have for almost 2 decades. I understand rules. It was the absolute lack of humanity I experienced. The underwhelming "attempt" to see if this situation could be addressed by speaking with a manager. The failure to even attempt to speak to a manager. The things that could have been done that this guy didn't even bother to try... these are the things that really bother me. I will never rent from Enterprise again.At almost midnight I walked over to one of their competitors counters. This employee spent a few minutes trying to reach a manager - which they did after a few minutes of effort - and they worked it out so that not only could they give me a rental, they did so at a price cheaper than Enterprise. Not only did they help me, they turned my negative experience into a positive one by letting me know "it'll be fine, don't worry now", involving my kid in the conversation and letting her pick out the car (a convertible at that). Not only did they do the bare minimum. They went above and beyond. They asked for no positive reviews, no thanks, no praise. They simply said you take your kid and have a good vacation.Now you compare the two experiences I had back to back. And you tell me the employee at Enterprise couldn't have at least tried to speak to a manager. The bare. Minimum.

I am happy with my experiences at this location. Friendly, attentive service is provided. They don't pressure you to purchase the optional coverages. The vehicle is delivered promptly.

We rented a vehicle from Enterprise, at the San Diego airport location. George Baehr assisted my family on 9/8/2023 and he was outstanding! We were quite tired from a long day of travel with 2 kids and feeling unfocused, but he was patient, professional, and fast. He helped us get the vehicle we needed and explained everything thoroughly. He was able to sense that we were tired and slightly irritated, but he maintained a happy and professional demeanor and showed us several vehicles allowing us to take our time to choose. Again, I was in a bit of a mood and he was incredibly patient and helpful! Whatever they’re paying him, they need to double it, I told him that I’d remember to write a review based on his outstanding performance and this is me, keeping that promise! Thank you, for getting us into a car that made our time in San Diego great!

Doron & Jordyn were so sooo very helpful during my crisis of missing my flight by a mere few minutes. This location embodies the reasons that I only choose Enterprise as my preferred car rental company over Avis, Budget, Alamo, etc.If you are coming to San Diego and renting a car at the airport, I 1000% would recommend to go with Enterprise over the other guys. It’s a combination of both their great service as well as the great car availability that they have.
