I had an urgent need for a car and Enterprise team at this location saved the day! The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, handling my request with ease. Despite the last-minute nature of my inquiry, they provided a seamless experience and a high-quality vehicle. I'm impressed by their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of reliable car rental services!

I reserved an SUV and they gave me the Jeep Cherokee 2023 .. it’s a beautiful comfortable car. Enjoyed the rental and the customer service is nice. When needed a car while my car in the service, I chose them and they gave me a nice Maxima .. they just need to better cleaning their cars, specially the windows .. other than that they are good and have a decent fleet and plenty space so you don’t worry where to park your car

I wanted to let you know that I had great service from your team member Mike. I had a difficult situation and needed a car because of an emergency. I rented at another location because I was stranded due to personal car issues. Mike was able to sort out the the issues because my insurance wanted to take over the rental. I talked to several people with Enterprise and my insurance company and Mike was the only one to figure it out. He was kind and helpful and continued that level of service when I went in to return my car at his location. Mike is really great team member. Thank you Mike!

No sense for customer satisfaction. The repair shop agreed to cover the costs of the rental for the same vechile. However the Enterpise rep and manager Breanna decided to place me on a cheaper rental. Would not recommend renting from them.

This is my second time using this Enterprise location as a result of my vehicle requiring repairs at a shop near serviceby, both times I have experienced pleasant service from the gentlemen who picked me up from the repair shop and customer service desk but when I called to ask if the expected return date for the following date as listed on the emailed receipt was simply a place holder since I mentioned my vehicle would be at the shop for the entire week, the girl on the phone simply said yes and hung up before asking if I had additional questions or simply stating "have a good day"! Basic customer service skills are a must in a customer oriented business and phone etiquette is no different; just because the customer is not physically in your store do you treat them with any less curtesy! Also, on more than one occasion the representative stated that the vehicle was cleaned as she asked a coworker to pick it up and go over the details with me. It appears, we have a different definition of clean. I admit that I do not rent vehicles frequently as I have two vehicles but besides vacuuming the rugs the vehicle had accumulated dust all over for having been recently cleaned, pet hair in the back seats, dust/debris in the A/C vents, steering wheel and center console which is unpleasant under any situation but even more so with a COVID pandemic (sanitizing in between customers) I understand that other customers have clearly rented/driven this vehicle and it is not brand new, but when you provide a service such as vehicle rentals, you should inspect the product before another customer receives it and ensure that it is suitable for anyone! My spouse has allergies, so should it be my responsibility to thoroughly clean a rental simply because your facility failed to provide a basic satisfactory product? I think not... I am new to Yelp and have only posted a few reviews praising great businesses because owners should be privy to the standard set by their employees for their business, whether that's high or low is the responsibility of the owner to uphold.

Do not recommend this enterprise. When I rented a car from them I requested a standard SUV and was told I would be receiving a Jeep Cherokee. When I arrived to pick the car up I was told things changed and was given a luxury SUV. I took videos of the entire car and signed the insurance policy. I later decided to cancel the insurance policy and called them MULTIPLE days requesting to take it off and was finally told I could do it over the phone as a courtesy due to conflicted working hours. The company called and texted my Emergency contact before ever contacting myself for little things. When I went to return the vehicle the auto body shop stated they needed an extra day and the enterprise argued with me about the insurance of the vehicle after I verified with Wawanesa and Luxury Auto body about the coverage. After I returned the vehicle I received $8 of my deposit back so I called to check why and the explanation was “we took the insurance off as a courtesy that we did not have to do for you” (FIVE DAYS AFTER I ASKED) and charged me an extra week of insurance I was unaware I was paying for. When I spoke to Anthony who’s the manager he had an attitude over the phone raising his voice at me saying “I’m not doing anything for you, your claim is closed here. We accommodated to your lifestyle and satisfied you” when in reality they were charging me without telling me. Very poor customer service (except for an employee by the named Ginger ?? she’s great!). They scammed me for money and did not care about customer satisfaction. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The people that work here are very rude. No cars for meToday even though I had a reservation, the company also wnated to billMe out of pocket. In addition the man came upTo the computer and then called over a woman who swore she already spoke to me and she didn’t have anything until later or she could call me later to come pick up a car. I never spoke to her I spoke a male thatbwas it. I didn’t appreciate her minimizing the fact there was no vehicles. Lots of luxury and suv but she wouldn’t even consider upgrading me. Very rude staff.

Just received a call from a representative named Kirsten, who is very disrespectful and told me that my account is in the red and that I needed to come in immediately to a location to change a card on file. I'm confused aren't you guys supposed to be customer service oriented? It's really not that difficult to pick up a phone and answer respectfully.

Showed them pictures of my car being broken into and as a result lost my driver's license which was inside the wallet that was stolen. Showed them pictures of my active driver's license and letter from the government that the replacement driver's license was sent and pending deliver. These unprofessionals wouldn't budge. "If the CEO were to request a rental without a license, we wouldn't allow it," they told me. First of all, objection--speculation. Second, if you declined services to the CEO, you'll most likely be fired eventually (since we're speculating). I suggested that they make changes to their illogical rules at the next meeting. The Regional Manager simply kept repeating herself like a clown. Use Turo instead. Makes no sense that law enforcement officials are more understanding than these incompetent, unmotivated fools. Avoid them at all costs. They will waste your time. By the way, prior to this experience, I had used Enterprise for over 15 years. These imbeciles definitely don't care about customer loyalty.

I had to get a rental car since our car was in the repair shop. Was initially unhappy with a smoky smelling car and once I informed Claudette I was immediately changed into a significantly better car than the one I rented. I was appreciative of the immediate response to solve the problem and the sincere apology for my inconvenience. I will definitely come back to this location for future rental needs.

The sales executive Daniel is just awesome! Humble, helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location for car rentals!
