I brought my car in to get the breaks fixed. They showed me a few other issues and I decided to get them fixed as well. It was nice to be able to see what they were talking about with the tires off. They gave me a discount for doing all of the work at once, as well as a ride to/from my house.

Friendly service, good pricing, and (what appears to be) quality work. Only negative is that they seem to have an unrealistically optimistic perception of how long a service will take, so take whatever wait time you're initially quoted with a hefty grain of salt. Remember to check their website for coupons!

Scheduled a tire repair appt online on the day of my visit (12/27/23) before store opening and never got a call or email back so around 8am, I went there in person and the person at the front said they don't do appts for tire repair so keep that in mind. I asked that I needed to repair my tire due to a leak and they did not ask me any specific questions which would of saved me 2+ hours of my day since they did not even take the car into the shop. They instead took a quick look without even trying to inspect anything and marked my tire showing what the issue was which was clearly quite obvious to the average person. I believe there was also some damage done to my tire as it was way more flat than before and I immediately was losing air pressure way faster than before as well. Overall, I would not recommend their service as they clearly did not do anything and made me wait 2 hours when they could of just looked at it for 1 minute and told me sidewall tire damage are not repairable. I went to Discount Tires down the street and was able to get a replacement with no issues. Highly recommend them over Evans Tires.

Quoted $500 dollars over phone for break adjustments pads and tires. Get there, and it's somehow $1600!! They tried to charge 250 for each tire and say theres all this other stuff that needs to be done. They don't even throw in the tire alignment, which is normally free. This place is full of scammers!

We found the experience rather straightforward. My wife called and spoke to Mike who estimated one and half hours to complete a full synthetic oil change for our 2022 Hyundai Sonata. Mike confirmed that the oil change coupon she found online was valid, so we dropped off the car.A short time later we received a text that the car was ready for pick-up. The text message included a link to a "Vehicle Condition Report" which delineated the condition of our car. . . cool feature acknowledging that our car was A-okay!We picked up the car without a hitch. Thanks Mike A. for the friendly customer service and transparent transaction. We will be bringing our other two vehicles in soon!

Walked out $4,000 poorer for my 101,000 9 yr car from original $1,397 original quote. Hopefully all needed, suspension systems, steering, etc. Got good deal on Milestar tires less than $600. Last ones 3 yrs ago, 50,000 miles. Best ever. Counter person good at explaining things although a bit not real outgoing with smiles and all. Really appreciated the ride to my house and picking up by the driver, Donte, very friendly young guy. 2.5 miles away A big plus since it took the whole day to make the repairs,

Dropped my car off for an oil change. I was called and told I needed rear shocks on my 5 year old car. I agreed. When I returned I was shown the shocks. There was a little bit of dampness near the "slide" section of one of the shocks. I did some research afterward and found out this is called "weeping" and is normal. I threw away over $500.At this same place I previously had some work done and was charged $1200. I later found two places that would do the same job for $700.Moral of the story is, get a second opinion.

Great price on oil change, service staff excellent loved they include new oil filter. Also inspected tires, which I also need. Price on 4 tires has Discount beat by 50, that's a lot. Thank you for all. I've also had other repairs at this location. Thank you for great service at a reasonable cost.

The sales people and technicians were very courteous and gave prompt service accurate quote no hidden charges or fees... Highly recommend not only Evans tire but also this location. It's not my first time working with Evans, and I've never had a negative experience

Great team! When I first walked in this morning, I was greeted by Chris nice smile. Chris was so welcoming and very helpful. I am not sure of the repairman name that work on my car, but he was super fast, and he cleaned my rims (wow)? excellent work! ? Before I left, it was a small glitch and several mechanics came to assist, which turned out to be nothing. Jesus was so kind and explained what it was, he was so nice it was like talking to a friend. It is so refreshing to experience great customer service and great work! I appreciate Evans Tire!

These guys serve much better when you're there than calling them. They're willing to compromise a lot for you. While I was in the store, I called Discount Tires asking about their prices, and they were willing to negotiate for the same amount. Because I took their tires, they cut down other prices for me too.4 West Lake tires: $502.09 cut down to $358.01.Alignment: $130 cut down to $100.Oil change for $50.Left the store with $509.08 that day.

I don't even know how to worn you about this particular EVAN's tire on Convoy. But I wouldn't go if I were you were trying to get value....First he tried to charge me 180 dollars to check an engine light. I argued that it was free at o Riley's and he finally agreed to do it. Then he wouldn't honor the oil change coupon charging me 80+ more for the oil change claiming he didn't have the oil??? Like what??? Absolutely ridiculous, there's a reason why all his stalls are empty and available Fyi, you got to wait hours at the other locations but it's worth the wait. I want to let you all know I use Evans In vista, ca for everything... I love Evans but franchise's have different owners and this guy is here to take advantage of you & not to help you.

Ok I’m 64 went to the movies came out and had a flat tire .I could not drive far so your place was the nearest tire store. One tire cost me 228.00 dollars .At Walmart it’s 71.45 with 18 to install it .You need another one as well !Here is the link to the finance department !I had a bad fall almost 2 years ago . Still waiting for surgery. Being on workers comp they move at a snails pace ! So I don’t have a lot of money to spend .To come back and say my front brakes would be 700 and my back brakes 700 . That’s just plain awful ! Highway robbery!Your tire was sitting stack up in the hot sun !I paid over 200 dollars for that ?Your sales person needs to put in his place ! Like over my knee for a good spanking !!!Not a fan at all !Never will I recommend your rip off place !Keep driving and go to a reasonable place !I was in so much pain and just wanted to get home …For all you seniors don’t let them pull the wool over your eyes!!!Awful people !

Brought my car in for service. Store called me and, even though my car only had 41,000 miles on it, I was told my rear shocks were "leaking". I told them to go ahead and replace. When I returned to pick up my car they showed me the old shocks. There was what appeared to be a small amount of oil "dampness" located at the top of one of the shocks. I did some checking afterward and found out this is called "weeping" and is not unusual to see on a shock and is not cause for replacement. $500+ wasted. This is in addition to another vehicle I had brought here the year before that needed spark plug and coil replacements. They charged $1200. I found two places since that would have done for $700.I suppose the moral of the story is, always get a second opinion.I won't be back.
