When you allow teenage boys to run a store, they just want to you GO AWAY. Bought tires through Tire Rack and had this location install them (bought a maintenance agreement too) via online order. It's been nothing but downhill since install. 1) Scheduled an appointment online for a (paid for it) rotation. Guy calls and says just too busy, and can't honor appt, even several days later. They are just too busy, staff are sick, vacation, blah blah. Went elsewhere.2) Had a flat tire. Scheduled appointment the next day via the online tool. Again get a call, just too busy, can't honor the appointment, how about you leave it with me, and we will get to it before we close? 3) Slow leak in tire. Scheduled appointment. Got a call back, no we can't honor the appointment after all. Had it patched elsewhere.4) Final straw. Called yesterday (see photo), and talked with the guy who answered the phone. Gave him my phone number, and he repeats back ONLY the last two numbers (those numbers) and then laughs like Beavis and Butthead. Gross, be professional. Then Beavis says "I have your records here. Do you know where we are?" I said "near Denny's." He said "well yea, the shoe store. It's not that other place. People always confusing us with the place down the street. But we are all better looking ". Silent eye roll, "Can I schedule an appointment?" Beavis says "how about you leave it with us?". I respond "sorry can't. I can come by after 4:00PM any day this week". Beavis says "OK, how about tomorrow, but you might be waiting two hours". I respond "OK, I need the leak fixed". Beavis says "see you tomorrow at 4:00PM".Any reasonable person would take that as confirmation of an appointment, right? Guess again. I arrive at 3:45 PM and nope not on their books. Person behind the counter says "who did you talk to?". I relayed some of the information above. Person says "Sounds like me, but I was not working yesterday". Employee keeps waiting for me to tell them who I spoke with, and I am at a loss. Finally, I say I need to get a leak repaired. Employee says "can you leave it?". "Sorry no". Employee says "well it will be a while because there are several people in front of you". I responded, OK, but I did schedule an appointment. The employee says "Well I was not working yesterday and it's not on the books". At no time did the employee apologize and say "Clearly there has been a mix-up, let's get this figured out". Nope, just stuck in a loop repeating "it's not on the books, and I was not working yesterday". See other reviews about problems with appointments. Finally, I just give up and say "Well since I am not on the books anyway.." and turn to leave. The employee says "no worries". Really? OK well, I am glad YOU were not inconvenienced by Beavis and his mistake. From other reviews, I am not the only one having problems with appointments. Maybe Corporate should start pulling call logs, since "all calls are recorded".Regardless I am done with these Beavis and Butthead clowns. If my experiences above are what they consider "acceptable" (no worries) customer service, then clearly they do not need my business.

5 star throughout! Got a tire pressure check this morning and being a Sunday lots of shops are not open. I went to Firestone by Bernardo Center and they were so friendly, professional and got to it! Thank you so much for the help! Highly recommended!!!

I drive for Lyft/ Uber and this is the only place I trust with my vehicles. Trusted professionals that won't try to scam you out of money. Make sure you talk to Justin, honest young man.

We purchased four new tires for my vehicle earlier this year and paid for the alignment package. Car still wasn’t steering correctly so we asked them to do another alignment. We drove the car for one week and it seemed fine. Then the car sat while we were on vacation for one month. Came home and drove the car another week and now the rack and pinion completely blew. I don’t believe this shop has mechanics that understand how to do a proper wheel alignment. Also, when inspecting the vehicle the past two go-arounds, they should have noticed if the rack and pinion was leaking fluid or if there were issues because you cannot do a wheel alignment without working with the rack and pinion system.

My husband and I took our car here for an oil change and to get an overall look to find out if anything needed to be fixed.We ended up also getting an alignment. The day after we had our service done the metal cover under the car fell while he was driving, making a screeching sound all the way home in the freeway. We are glad the metal didn't hit the tires or flew away causing an accident. When we checked it up we realized they didn't put some of the screws back when they removed the metal cover for the oil change. And the ones that they put back weren't placed properly (just half way in). So disappointed about this because workers are nice but the job was poorly done.Services: Tires

Got a tyre change as a nail got stuck and left it flat. Had a time crunch to leave the rental car back. Jay and Justin were outstanding. Got us in and on our way within minutes. Extremely thankful. They showed so much kindness and are incredibly wonderfully handsome gentlemen.

There are two Firestone stores on Bernardo Center Drive. This used to be Express Tires. I am glad they still provide great services with the same staff.No more coffee since COVID started. If you really want coffee McDonald's is 3 minutes walk and it will be more comfortable waiting there than in a rubber smell tire store.

I made appointment and my appointment was not in their books. They gave me an estimate and I made the mistake of telling them I had a discount. When I returned to pick up my car, the "discount" was added to the total charges and the amount was over the "estimate" given to me, even with the discount. How is that possible? even with taxes, the discount was for $40 off each axel. The employees were nice, but I felt taken advantage of. If you get an estimate, get it in writing, and don't tell them about any coupons or discounts until you are ready to pay.

Firestone complete Auto Care awesome. I was on freeway and ran over debris that sliced my tire. Fortunately I was able to pull off freeway and the Firestone store was right off the exit. I was commuting to work and not familiar with the area. Even though they were busy they were expedient in replacing my tire and not stranding me in an unfamiliar area. Big shout out to JAY GUEVARA for being so helpful!

I got an alignment done here. They finished the work on time without trying to upsell other services. I had originally had an appointment at pepboys, but they refused to do the work, stating I needed other work done first. Little did they know I just had that work done. So i came here and got an even better price for lifetime alignment.
