Very good experience here! Always super friendly and helpful staff in the front office! Jamar and Hunter were amazing and even got us into a unit very conveniently located unit right by the lift! They are always happy to help answer any questions and make things straightforward. Also gives the lowest rate specials out of any Extra Space location which is awesome!

They punish long term loyal customers by constantly increasing the price without proper notification. This place is only good for short term rentals anything more than three months just go somewhere else and save you the trouble

In the spirit of Halloween, I had a fang-tastic experience checking out of my storage unit this past week thanks to Jamarr at Extra Space Storage! He made the process scream-free, eerie-sistibly smooth, and super quick. It’s rare to find someone so friendly, professional, and helpful—it truly made my move-out experience boo-tiful!
🦇 Pro-tip for future renters: If you stumble upon a wickedly good move-in deal, lock it in by paying for however many months you need upfront—otherwise, the rates can rise faster than a full moon on Halloween night! That’s what I did, and it turned out to be a spook-tacular steal! 🎃🕸️

I signed up to reserve a unit online. I didn’t rent because I didn’t have my credit card with me. I received a call the following day from Jamarr. I was able to complete my rental over the phone with him. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I rented the unit sight unseen because I figured a box is a box.

I know I can pay online, but I like to come in person because of the great customer service that they have here. I was helped by Hunter and he was excellent. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease with all of my concerns.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Extra Space Storage in Miramar. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. I worked with Hunter who took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the different unit options, and made sure I found exactly what I needed.
The facility itself is spotless, well-lit, and secure, which gave me peace of mind right away. The access hours are super convenient, and everything feels organized and easy to navigate.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The team went above and beyond to make the process stress-free, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. In a world where good service can be hard to come by, they exceeded all expectations.
