Warning. Please do not book to this company. They have website, they said they are open 24/7. But they do not have the address. Do not try to book in this company. It will ruin your plan. They are not a legit company, I think. We tried to call them, multiple times and they are not answering. When you get to this address, it is a different company. And they do not know this EZ Rent A Van.

We are here outside with a pickup reservation for 10pm. But they are close. Do not book here. Not reliable. Worst experience ever. Don't even deserve a 1 star.

Patrick assured me I would get a 12 passenger van a couple days before we went on vacation. On the day of picking up the car (also the day before we left for the trip), we were 5 minutes from getting to the location and were suddenly told the car wasn't available. Instead, they recommended us a 15 passenger van at a later pick up time and different location. However, this car was too large for our trip (driving, parking, etc). When we arrived at the new location, we ended up getting a Toyota Sienna, which ended up having major AC problems that we needed to fix (we were driving in 113 degree weather) as well as stains on the seats. It also took a long time for them to issue a deposit refund. Overall, company is not reliable and we will not recommend to anyone.

i did get a reservation and confirmation with instruction for picking up the vehicle, when I get there in the location they told me that the Van that they reserved for me has a problem and told me that they don't have any available for me to use. They didn't even try to get one even from another rental agency for me so i ended up walking out very upset and no Van to use for our trip.VERY POOR SERVICE! DON'T USE THIS CONPANY.

Not helpful at all! The web site is misleading! They are a third party site without their own van rental vehicles which I am told by the rental company we were redirected too. Quote from web site - “When making a reservation for San Diego Airport you are getting EZ Rent A Van Delivery”… don’t be misled by this dishonest advertisement! I had 3 children under the age of 6, 4 adults, our own child seats, baggage, and all with the web advertised expectations to be meeting up with an EZ Rent A Van team member at the San Diego Airport baggage claim to “Sign rental agreement and get directed to the vans location” which did not happen! This is not a reputable rental site or facility, and for your peace of mind do not get mislead by them at the San Diego Airport and do not pay the additional cost expecting the above agreement. I reserved a 15 passenger van and received a confirmation a day later. The day of my rental I went to pick it up and the rental place said they did not have a 15 passenger van but had a 12 passenger, but I have 13 passengers. The other issue is EZ Van rental is a booking agent and sends the bookings to other companies.They said if I needed it they arranged with Enterprise rental car next door to rent me a 15 passenger van for the day. I walked over to speak to them and they said they don't have anything and don't work with that company ever. I called EZ Van rental and Patrick answered and when I told him the issue he said it wasn't his problem and to work it out with that company, but I could cancel if I want. I didn't want to cancel, I wanted the Van! I just dont understand why no one ever contacted me to let me know there wasnt a van available! I ended up canceling and renting from a different company.I do not recommend using this company because they just take their don't take responsibility if the inventory isn't there!

I honestly would put zero stars. Person that is in the answering machine is in charge of company. Left reservation for 15 passengers sprinter Mercedes van. 3 weeks prior to the date I needed. I even called that same day to make sure I got the reservation. And he said yes. And while I was telling him confirmation number. He said we don't have it but don't worry your in the reservation. So 2 weeks pass and I call a week before just to make sure. And he says yes. So the morning of reservation. I was going to pick up at 1. And someone calls me at 830 from nu car rental. Which I guess ez van is a 3rd party. Calls me and says. We don't have a 15 passagenger. Only a 12 and he's aging maybe. So I scramble and call multiple places and they say there are baiting and switch you. So I call ez van where I put my order I'm frustrated. And the guy that is on the answering machine says it's not my problem. And says if you give me that attitude I'm not going to help. What's kind of bs is that when ez van is the one that took reservation. And took my credit card. Horrible company. I'm not one to complain but not good service. At all. Reservations don't mean anything. Ez van is not even the actual car rental place. They just make a reservation and send to another company with the actual cars.

Rented a large transit van, price was great! Reserved online easily with them no credit card required. A little difficult to get someone on the phone for confirm details but eventually got everything set up. The location can be a bit confusing. We reserved with “EZ rentavan” but the location when we arrived was called “San Diego rentals” or something like that. They still had all our rental info and check in was smooth. The van was everything we needed, not in perfect condition- few scrapes and dents on bumper and wear and tear on the upholstery but all working fine. Drop off was easy.

I just wanted to say that I am extremely disappointed with my recent EZrental Van experience. As a Uniformed Service member I reserved a van in San Diego for a trip to Tempe, AZ to compete in an Ironman Triathlon. When I arrived at my rental location I was informed that my EZRental reservation was not existent. I called EZRentalVan and they directed me to another rental company – NU rentals, which was about a 1 mile walk. NU rentals then proceeded to charge me for an additional mileage fee (despite my original EZRentalVan reservation having unlimited mileage). And when NU contacted EZRentalVan their response was “too bad”. And then all of my additional attempts (15 phone calls) to EZRentalvan were ignored and never returned. So I had to walk back to the airport and rent a car at the airport rental center for an even higher price because it was so last minute. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this company. I understand that reservations get messed up, but the lack of care and support for the customer was just really sad. Overall a bad day.

Patrick and this company are the most unreliable company ever. Do not trust an unknown company! On 9/30/22 I booked a 12 passenger van. On 11/29 I got a text to reconfirm and guarantee with a credit card. I call Patrick with my credit card. Called and left voicemail to let him know didn't receive confirmation email. He sends this stupid text vid of an Asian man chewing food with his mouth open. Leaving a few more voicemail and this d*** clown doesn't return my call, but I rec'd email confirmation. Arrive to San Diego and no one there to answer my calls. We had eleven people waiting for our family vacation to begin, and this clown let us down. Stick to the big name companies!

These people are middlemen. They have no vans of their own, and because of this it's very possible that they will call you very late that your van is not available. Unprofessionalism all over. They wont even offer an apology for all the beautiful reviews. ruining your plans.Do not believe. If you have another option, avoid these people. I have more than one bad experience here.

Their "reservation" system will not let you reserve a van. Instead, someone from the office has to call and confirm the reservation. I booked a 15-seater Ford van for a large group in San Diego. The next day, a customer service rep told me that a Mercedes van was all that's available. This was significantly costlier than the other option, but I went ahead and made a reservation for it. I even received a confirmation email for the van. Right before our trip though, I received an email stating that the reservation had been canceled. No reason, nothing. Considering they were screwing over our vacation plans, least they could have done was inform me over the phone. Really really bad experience, will go with one of the bigger companies henceforth.

Not a good experience . We rented 3 minivans in July 2022. They did not tell us they were a 3rd party renter. We were actually not even renting from them . We were renting from Nu car rental which charged us a completely different amount from the quote given by Ezvan. I would never use either again .

Hope they tell you it takes 2 shuttles to pick up your van. It's really Nu Car Rentals. 2 people working, no air conditioning, lots of mad people, ruddiest shuttle driver ever! Oh and Mercedes Sprinter was on empty. Gave these jokers a $300 deposit I'm not getting back after several attempts. Beware
