I love this place! I have been at this gym for over a year. It’s small and no frills in the best way. Super convenient. The new mgmt continues to make space updates and equipment upgrades which has been great. They keep it clean and the trainers are awesome! What more do you want?

I love working out at F45 Downtown San Diego! All the trainers are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They will push you to work hard but will also modify your exercises if you need it. The sessions are challenging but you will feel amazing afterwards. What I love most is that the workouts change on a daily basis so it never gets boring. Most importantly, you will see results in weight loss and strength gains. No matter your fitness level, you will feel welcomed here.

F45 is the best 45 minutes of my day. Super effective and efficient workout. And it doesn’t get boring because there is enough variety day to day and week to week. They recently renovated this location and it has some really fantastic trainers. Highly recommend!

Really love working out here! Everyone is super friendly and there's always events going on! I love the amount of social media presence they've had since the new ownership! Makes it easy to reach out to them if I need to ask or tell them anything.

I loooove working out here! Trainers are very friendly and the atmosphere is always very lively! Great music, new flooring, new equipment, and most of all - great trainers who will motivate you and correct your form so that you don't hurt yourself!

I started adding F45 to my workout routine about 2 months ago and I'm so glad I did! Meg has been so helpful since the moment my husband and I signed up. The workouts are great and always different, the studio is getting a nice upgrade (they just installed all new flooring and have been getting new equipment), in addition to Meg, Elias and Jose are wonderful trainers. Very happy we made the choice to add F45 to our lives!

I have had an extremely positive experience at this location. All the instructors are supportive, friendly, and super knowledgable. Specifically, Meg has been so welcoming and has been my go-to for any questions I may have. She is also an amazing instructor and really focuses on form and challenges you to push yourself to be better.

They're remodeling this location so it will be shiny and new soon! Good coaches who seem to care about your progress make f45 a fun place to really push yourself. Great membership prices right now also! Parking (like anywhere downtown) can be tough so plan ahead.

Great class, great gear, and great people. I can't say enough good things about the instructors, Meg's a great lead and Matt's basically famous. If you need a group setting to get you through a workout then this is the place to do it.

I started on my fitness journey last year to lose a significant amount of weight. As someone who has never really liked working out I have always struggled to find a workout method that I enjoy. I have tried everything from Orange theory, running, personal training, Pilates and I have found this to be something I truly enjoy and look forward to going to and it's something I enjoy doing with my partner. The early morning coaches are motivating and really wake you up. Finally starting to see a four pack :)
