I had a very similar experience to everyone else where they stated they couldn't scan the QR code for my return, they had me pay to send the label to their email and then pay to actually print it and they did not give me a receipt.I emailed the business I was returning my package to today (Monday) and they said the label hasn't been scanned. I did the return Wednesday and today is Monday. I called the FexEx and they said there's no packages there and they don't know what to do. I'm going to try again in a few days, but I don't have any faith in this center.

Lady working the counter was pretty rude and could have been way friendlier and helpful. She waited until after my son logged a heavy box and put it on the counter to then tell us that drop off boxes go 4 ft to the right. Like why couldn't she have picked it up and just carried it over the 4 ft? So instead my son logged the heavy box off the counter drug it 4 ft and then place it on the other counter. When I asked her if we could have a receipt she said our printer doesn't work and you can take a picture. I also asked her about printing off labels and she said they charge $3 for the service plus $0.25 a page. $3.25 to print a label? Talk about capitalizing on convenience and doing a disservice to your customers. I probably would have gladly paid a dollar but $3.25 just seems greedy and reeks of her unwillingness to accommodate her customers, which was only further confirmed by her attitude. I'm thankful I didn't have to wait in the long line because it would have just added to my frustration. As far as drop offs go, I guess it could have been worse but next time I probably would choose a different location just so I don't have to deal with the attitude.

Horrible! I have a patient waiting in the operatory! The Fed-ex driver just took off with medications because the check was not ready!!! Called fed ex back and they said they will return in 10 minutes. That was an hour and a half ago. So i call AGAIN and this lady named Tae or tela was just so not helpful or sympathetic to my patients needs so i asked for her manager or supervisor. She said they weren't in. OMG FIRE THESE PEOPLE!! I thought America was a place of competence and proper mannerism. Looks like UPS wins my business.
