DONT USE THIS SERVICE ! ITS A SCAM !!!!! Used this service to ship a small item to Arizona . Fedex worker shipped it to CT and they REFUSED to refund me the near $60 they charged me to ship to Arizona. First and LAST time I will ever use this service. I encourage EVERYONE to use ANY OTHER service besides FedEx. Because of this employees actions I will NEVER use FedEx to ship anything ever again and will make sure to wain others away from this service as well. Blaming the customer for the workers mistake and then refusing the refund is appalling and frankly this company should be SHUT DOWN and investigated. 0/10 STARS , 0/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE .

I had an extremely negative experience with an employee named ALEXIA. She was unhelpful, rude, and disrespectful. Her attitude was alarming, and I honestly couldn't understand why she was so negative. When I asked questions, she would either ignore me or respond in a dismissive and unkind tone. I initially thought it was just me, but when I had a friend join me, they also found her behavior to be rude. I needed to ship my packages to London with different labels, and instead of explaining what needed to be done, she just expected me to figure it out on my own. The other employee was fine, but Alexia is definitely not suited for a customer-facing role.

Do NOT use unless you want to be charged a handling fee per pound in addition to shipping charge ( my small box was 10 dollar, about 1.5 lbs)

Horrible!!!! I was sent here with a preprinted fed x tag to send my one wheel to future motion (one wheel manufacturer) to be serviced. I originally went to a different location here in downtown on C Street but was told that only the harbor location accepts this particular item. So I visit this location to make shipment but was told that they cannot accept shipments despite calling Fed x and being told this is the only location it can be shipped from. The Manager, Geoff, irrefutably denied us service. So I drive back home and called fed x and explained my dilemma. They arranged to have item picked up at my apartment complex, but asked that I have it packaged and ready to ship via ground delivery to San Jose. I agreed and visited the fed x located on C street where I originally was told it had to be shipped from harbor location. So I drove to C street location to purchase a box to ship only to stand behind a random customer shipping the exact same item... wtf. And to make things worse the same manager "Geoff" was the acting manager doing the shipping. When I confronted "Geoff " he remembered me and was embarrassed. It was only that that he agreed to ship my one wheel. Totally unacceptable...Geoff!!! Horrible experience. Lazy a** Geoff has no business being a manager

Had 7 boxes sent to this location on a Saturday. I can't check in till 4 and convention hall doesn't open till 4. They close at 2!!! Seriously!

This is dirt. It is dirty. It provides a good base forgrowing grass when leveling a lawn. The dirtperformed very well. When I opened the bag ofdirt, inside, I found... dirt. Not only would I buy itagain, I have bought it again. If you are lookingfor a bag of rocks, do not buy this bag of dirt. Ifyou are looking for a bag of dirt, then thisproduct is for you.

Marco was truly the best! He turned a 24x36 poster in an hour. Not only did he reply promptly, he was super kind. The stress of a conference is never fun, but he helped alleviate that. Thank you for being awesome, Marco!

Avoid. When I got to the store, the order was 3x more than what I was estimated online. I was even emailing an employee at the time, explaining what I needed in the order. I asked why the price was so high and it was explained to me after the fact that this specific location has "premium pricing" because it's in the convention center.

Employees seem nice and friendly here. The difference was instead of just email your photo to the store email and have them print it out, you have to wait for a reply code, then show that code back to the employee, then have them print it out for you. And I didn't received the code until later, say if you didn't come prepared it could create a problem, but in my case the store was not busy and the employees helped you out as much as they could. They even told me they charged premium price here for prints compared to other location, but I didn't see that big of a deal because I only print 8.5x11 so that means a few cents more didn't bother me, maybe to some people according to the employee, I didn't get any glossy either, just mat with white border, the employee accidentally cut out the border, he gave me another one for free. So if you come at the right time, you can get your print fast hassles free. Definitely come back to get more stuffs done.

Terrible place, terrible service! No parking, extra handling fee per drop off. Overall worst experience I’ve ever had with Fedex
