I bought something on ebay. The seller took the package to this store to ship it to me. He told them that I was going to place a hold on the package. Person at the store placed a restriction on the shipment that prevented me from holding the package at location. Also, my vacation hold did not apply due to the restriction. I called Fedex and got a person that was more interested in talking over me than actually listening to my questions and responding to what I was saying. She then told me "I told you 3 times". Very rude and not at all customer service oriented. They should record their calls so they could hear how she spoke to me. I have a business account and am thinking of moving my business to UPS in the future.

Steve was amazing! He really helped us with our package. We had an oddly shaped item, and he boxed it up for us and helped create a custom package. He didn't have to help us that much, but he really went out of his way to go the extra mile and go above and beyond for us. Thank you Steve!

I came to the Fedex at the Hazard Center to print some documents. As soon as I was having trouble, Steve came up to me and made sure I was okay. He helped me get my printing code and showed me how to print everything.Steve was super kind and welcoming. I really appreciate how helpful he was! He definitely is someone who cares and works hard.

This is my favorite FedEx store. There's a dolly right inside the door that can be used for large packages since parking near the door is scarce. Everyone is friendly and has no issue providing a shipping receipt. The one time I had an problem trying to return ship two heavy boxes (I only received one shipping label) they were very understanding, and helped me take the packages back to my car and loaded them in.

These folks are impressive, especially for a major corporate store. Employees are fast, eager to help, and incredibly friendly. Wishing other big corporations could figure out how to hire folks like this.

Can’t recommend this place enough. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Shoutout to Gary specifically who helped me find the right box and pack everything very securely. All with a great big smile. I’ll always ship from here going forward!

Another place always helping me in an emergency, having to make copies and handle paperwork last minute. Really nice guy, bald with I believe a strong Russian/eastern European accent, looks like a Star Trek commander? forgot his name, but I think he is a manager there and is willing to make workarounds if you don't have card for the copy machines.

Worst customer service I have ever had at a FedEx Kinkos. I usually go to the one in O’Side and they always provide stellar service. Clearly this location could use some pointers from O’Side.

I Will NEVER Come Here Again. I just witnessed an employee deliberately trying to overcharge a customer! The customer said he received an email to pick up his order and then the agent tried to charge him an extra $15 per print job! The employee was VERY rude! Then the customer was clearly frustrated and leaving the store when the staff started talking about this guy, before he even left the store! No Shame. No Manager Intervention.Incredible The Situation I Just Witnessed! I will never spend any money here and I defintiely won't trust any of their pricing!There are so many other FedEx stores, I recommend going to ANY of those!
