If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the second package I've ordered through my Amazon prime that was SUPER delayed after reaching the San D. Facility. My daughters birthday is TOMORROW and her gift was supposed to be here 10 DAYS AGO. Your Facility created the shipping label and it's been sitting at your Facility since July 16th and today is thr 31st. I dont know what you guys are doing down there, but it's not working for your facility.

Super helpful and friendly staff. I was waiting for a package that didn't seem like I was coming and as I was leaving they called out to me in the parking lot to pick it up as it had just arrived. They'd been tracking the truck driver while I was waiting.

For a week they failed to deliver my package. I added delivery instructions on the first day through the app and on the second day through a phone with Fedex customer support, but they never used it. After a week they called me in the morning and said the package will be waiting for me at the office. I went to the office and they told me driver accidentally picked it up for delivery. Then I got home I received a notification that it will be delivered tomorrow. I went to the office again and they gave me my package. The worst customer support I ever experienced.

The personnel was very helpfull with a problem that I had with my delivery (caused by the seller) of a item I bought on eBay. They went above and beyond of what I would expect from them. A++

I do not remember the name of the Filipino gentlemen that helped me, but on 30 May 2025 at around 0916 AM, he went above and beyond his scope of responsibilities and ensured my overnight shipment was handled with precision and care. Thank you, Sir, for your professionalism and for taking care of this urgent matter. By far the best FEDEX employee I have interacted with, EVER!

I went in today to ship a delicate item out with my pre-paid label ready to be packaged at the store. Today is a good day for errands bc it's the 3rd place there was absolutely no lines and Fedex was no different. The store was pretty disolute (most likely due to Cinco De Mayo) But Wesley came out quickly and helped me out. He was friendly, professional and had such an ease about him! 5 star customer experience.

So im getting different answers from representatives of FedEx, my package cannot be delivered due to ignorance of Fedex drivers not taking the initiative to LOOK OR GET OFF AND WALK TO THE CORRECT To See the ADDRESS THATs RIGHT IN FRONT THEIR FACE AND PACKAGE! my complex has black bold 6inch Numbering that says my first four numbers of the correct address! I still am waiting for my phone thats been delayed twice! No wonder UPS and Amazon are HIGHLY Recommended!!!!! Never again will i have any association with FedEx!!!!! (Apparently im not the ONLY ONE! HONESTLY TO SAVE YOUR TIME I HIGHLY RECOMMEND just using print on outs/ shipping thats it! Everything else is a waste use USPS/UPS/Amazon!!!!!

Their call center told me closed at 7 pm. You can get packages here, that were not dropped off, when driver returns
