I would like to specifically compliment and thank Brady who was working alone on Saturday afternoon and had the best customer service. He calmly, very politely and efficiently worked his was through a line of people. He was kind and patient in all of his communication and helped multiple people at a time, so no one felt like they were waiting even while it was busy.

Worst customer service and they don’t care if you get charged multiple times for their printer issues. I know it’s a thankless job but it’s clear that customer service is not a priority in this store. I guess the only way to do business here is by having an accountant and using the self-service kiosk which means you don’t need the assistance of anyone working there. Do yourself a favor and go to UPS on Rosecrans. Never again.

How do I order something that is an 1.5 hour drive and it’s going to take you guys 5 days to get it here ! If you’re gonna take a 2 day vacation on only a 1 day holiday then you better do your best the day before ! That’s not how you succeed in life with those ethics !!!!! Some people don’t have time 🕰️!!!!!!

I sent files through the online print and go option. When I went into the store to print them I was told that my files were too large to access. There was no indication on the email from FedEx telling me that my order was ready that there would be any issue retrieving it. Staff, particularly who I'm assuming is the manager was unhelpful. I had no expectation that they would print the job for me, but they were unwilling to find another way for me to access the files.
Update: Brady was kind and helpful. The other employee who acted like a manager was rude and unhelpful.

I know, I know, it’s “just a FedEx,” but the team here has been incredibly helpful, patient, and resourceful every single time I’ve been in (for shipping large boxes, suitcases, etc,)! There is an “expected,” and then above-and-beyond… they’re it!

Plenty of other FedEx locations close by. Go to the one in PB. They are great! Avoid this one. Management is unwilling to stand by their print quality and will try to charge you for reprints. They don’t confirm print quality with you before printing and will push extra costs to you. I submitted an online print order for a canvas print. When I showed up on time they couldn’t find the order, and started working on it at that moment. They did not do a test print while I was there and told me I would need to wait for a half hour. When it was done it was pixelated, and I of course asked if it could be reprinted, also questioning why they went ahead and printed and mounted it. After talking with the manager, they told me I would need to wait until the next day and they would charge me as if it was a new order. He talked to me as if I was crazy for expecting anything different. After going to another FedEx location they were blown away that this location would not reprint and tried to charge me for a new order. The other location then gave me a full refund and offered to reprint my order, even though they didn’t do the original print. Don’t fall prey to the cheap, unethical business practices of management at this location.

Printed $70 worth of color pages to find out the page numbers had been cut off. In print preview on the machine next to the printer it had looked fine. Brought this to staff’s attention. Told me it was an error that I made in putting my page numbers too close to the margin. I asked well shouldn’t that have shown up in the print preview? Told no. They printed my document, but was told it was my fault and this is the only time they would print my document behind the counter. How is a customer supposed to know there is anything wrong with their document if print preview does not show anything is wrong? Especially when it prints completely fine elsewhere. Just frustrating.
