Guy at the front desk was incredibly rude and refused to help me package my return that just needed some additional packing in the box. I ended up leaving to go to another FedEx. It seems like a common issue with FedEx and hiring the rudest people ever.

Dana was exceptional, I was shipping 5 boxes Coast to coast, from San Diego CA to East Coast and Dana was super courteous, patient with my questions, explaining everything thoroughly. He was kind and pleasant. Shipping is mostly a stressful experience and Dana made the experience great!

Perfect delivery of 3 large boxes. Containing film, family photos, albums 35 mm slides, audio and video tape. Electronic instruments. Our family history of 4 generations shipped coast to coast in a controlled environment.

The employee named Bri...the nasty little girl with the trashy looking bleached curly hair...you have a horrible attitude and an ugly face to match it. I'm surprised you're even able to find employment.

They are not friendly and nobody is willing to help. Went to print a document and it took 30 minutes because the machine won't accept the corporate code and nobody was willing to help. It seems nobody knows what they are doing.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while because I live around the corner and never have a great experience. But this time was the worst. I’m trying to print something of an unusual size. I was told last time I was here to email it to myself so that I could come in-person to have it printed the way I want it. I did that and the email kept sending an error message when trying to forward to FedEx. The older man working with me just said I have to go home to do it, which is frustrating to be running all over town.The staff act like your a nuisance and are not very helpful. Don’t use this location.

For some reason everyone at this location is not friendly and does not provide customer service. Not one person smokes or says thank you. This use to be a great place for quick prints but I will not longer be using this fedex.

Super friendly and professional! Had several packages today and he checked each one to make sure the rate was right and the zip was correct. Richard was Polite, helpful and most of all - super chill! I love my neighborhood Fed Ex store

Always come here for my printing needs. They usually pretty attentive and know how to gauge how long a project is to not have you wait too long

Worst customer service! I had THE rudest lady with curly hair & a bad attitude who made me wait for 5mins in an empty store before “helping” me without even a Hello & snarky attitude. I’m sure she’ll go far in life.
