Very professional - as soon as Richard realized I'm mailing legal documents, he put my mail in a hard envelope for protection, and made sure the delivery timeline is what I wanted. Thank you and I'll come back.

My experience at this establishment was highly disappointing. The staff member I interacted with was discourteous, abrupt, and unwilling to assist, making the interaction extremely challenging.

The manager can't make up her mind about the public restroom use. I've used it there many times. I've been refused to use it twice by the manager. The first time she happened to be the only one there. According to her two people needed to be present. The second time she said no public restrooms. She needs to get a new job. She's very rude. It's the last time I go to that FedEx Kinkos.

DO NOT USE this FedEx In-store Self-Service drop-off box. They don't check this the daily. First, they said lost the key, but it happened twice already.

Went in, and there were two guys working. One was looking at his cell phone and literally doing nothing. The other one was packaging up something in a completely empty store. Asked if he could print off some color prints and spiralbind. Cyrus wanted to ensure he was important and show my 14 year old son what a real power trip was. He made sure to let us know he was way to busy to take 5 minutes to print this for him. Slow clap for you, Cyrus, as we will never go to FedEx stores because of you again. I hope you aren't too busy to read this- you are such an important (NOT) nobody. My son now knows he he doesn't want to be in life.

Employees were nice, but stood around and made me wait 30 minutes for employee in restroom to cut business cards needed for a mobile clinic. Employees in front stated they did not know how to use cutting machine. This is the second time I’ve had issues at this location with employees kicking back while I needed a print and cut job done. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The employees at this location are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed to print and ship things. Then when I misplaced a receipt that I needed to turn in for an expense report, they searched through each purchase in their system from the day I shipped something to find the receipt then sent me a photo of it so that I did not have to drive to the store from La Mesa. I highly recommend this location!

Super helpful! The gentlemen in there helped me upload a file to them and print invitations that were double sided. They turned out perfect. I’ll definitely go back for other prints in the future. Thank you! 10/10 recommend

They do such a great job here. The associate who helped me, Cyrus really knows each machine and process like the back of his hand to take care of each customer quickly and efficiently. He had such a helpful attitude that I was inspired to write a review :)
