Syrus has some stellar customer service. I usually dread going into any delivery place, but he made my stop super easy and painless. I was in and out in 5 minutes with my receipt and tracking in hand. Keep it up!

I had a super greatExperience with a young man named Syrus. I won’t get into much detail but I want to thank him and I will certainly be back to this location in the future!!! I didn’t realize how spacious, comfortable, convenient the location is! And with the friendly employees like Syrus you will be certain to have returning customers.

This is one of my favorite places for all my shipping needs. They are always helpful with anything I ship. They once helped me ship my brothers tires that he was returning over eBay. Knowing that I was not capable of carrying the tires into the store I called ahead and asked if I could get some help. The person on the phone said for sure they can help and it would be no problem. That's awesome customer service. A lot of places would have said sorry we can't help you but not these exceptional employees. Ever since the day they help me with the shipping of the tires I've been a loyal fan. I often will go out of my way to come here knowing that they are so friendly and helpful. It is also located in a great part of town if you are looking for food. I find myself going to grab a drink or bringing home some tasty like delights at the local shops on convoy. What a great experience here at FedEx!

Not all customers are treated the same! The female employee, I assume she's in a management or lead role because of what she was discussing with the staff. Upon entering the store, no one from the staff (of 3) said a word to me. As I worked at the self service machine, they still continued not to acknowledge me. Instead they were busy discussing noise levels at the personal residents, IG videos, and the store shelving changes. I was the only customer in the story, so they definitely saw me.I probably wouldn't have been so bothered if they hadn't been so courteous to the next customer. I forgot a document in my car. I left the store to get it. Upon my return the female employee was Ms. Chatty- Cathy with a customer. She was incredibly friendly with this woman. She even discussed the item the woman was mailing "who needs a jacket right now" and discussing how their POS system changed from a slide option on the credit card reader, to a chip reader. After said customer left, the 3 employees resumed their conversation about store shelving. As I continued to work, they still ignored me. Even as I left the store, they didn't even bother to say "thank you" or "goodbye" Like I said before, had they not laid it on so thick with the previous customer I wouldn't be as annoyed. I find this type of service deplorable!

The customer service was good, I ordered business cards, and I was asked to look them over before I left to verify that the job was satisfactory, of which I did do, so I will take some responsibility, however later after later looking them over in better lighting conditions, the business cards were printed off center due to the poor way they were cut. I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 because the customer service was good, and because I was asked to check the cards, but honestly y'all need to develop a better eye and quality control with your print materials.

I just walked in to get some work print out for and I didn't know exactly how to use the printers and Syrus was such a sweetheart!!He was attentive, sweet, polite and helped me from beginning to end.So refreshing to see amazing customer service such as his.Please give him the best day off, a raise and a promotion.Something so simple as his attentiveness made my day.

Chris, kris, Christopher / not sure how you spell the guys name but he was beyond helpful! I have a wedding coming up and of course the last minute details needs to be ironed out still, eeek 10 days and counting! Phew I was on the verge of kinda panicking kinda not. Had some things I needed to take care of, go figure. Went to place an order with the FedEx online print and it said my order would be ready on Monday. BUT PAUSE - not only is it not going to be ready on Monday, it is ready TODAY! Today is Saturday. I placed the order this afternoon around 2 PM and Chris called me 3x, helping me out, confirming my order and telling me it is ready for pick up at 5! Talk about HES ON IT! Miracles miracles. Thank you so much! I way prefer FEDEX for printing needs over my local UPS. They couldn't be much help unfortunately. That's ok, FEDEX know what's up. Thanks!

Great customer service! I had a Happy Return from a website. The system was down but the manager had figured out a work around so I could go ahead and drop off the package and they could run the return when the system was back up. Less than 2 hours later I got a phone call from the store letting me know that it all had gone through. I feel like they went above and beyond to make the return easy and hassle free for me.

Cherie, I am sorry if I spelt that wrong, was a doll and took care of all four people waiting for help while the so called manager sat and ordered her around from the back. Even when miss Cherie asked for help she still continued to play on her computer. I DO NOT care what you're doing on a computer, the customer gets taken care of first and then you can go back to your unimportant admin work. That's just customer service basics. THEN!! After Cherie asked for hands on help, for a third time, Alison said, "Yea, give me a minute." I almost had to pick my jaw up off the floor I was so shook. Luckily the some sweet brunette came back from a break or something to save Cherie and I. LolAllison was flat out rude and and I feel very sorry for sweet Cherie. She was trying her best.

FedEx is my go to for my larger events. They're always super helpful and able to get my projects done in a timely manner. This was a personal trip. We got notified that the passport office I selected because of the photos on site.. did not have photos on site. No worries! FedEx has my back. Came in with our bebe and we were told they couldn't do babes. No worries. We were told to do the photos ourselves and have FedEx print. That's what we did. I was the first person in the store at 9am on Thursday to ensure the photos were printed and ready for our 930 at the Passport office. It took a while and about 5 other parties showed up while the store manager was helping me. The 4th person in line waited for 2 minutes before yelling "is anyone even working?!" And I let her know he was helping me as I was first. He ended up printing the photo he believed would be accepted by the passport office (it was!!) and I was out the door in under 10 minutes and made it to our passport appointment with time to spare. FYI you can usually send projects ahead of you by getting the store email from their website.

FedEx Office has really declined post COVID. Their hours are unreliable. The store closes at 7pm, which is already really early. When I arrived at 6:00, they said they were closing because they have special hours. Guess I need to just buy a copier because they are no longer a late night solution for copying and printing.

I am so happy with my experience at this location. Came in for a color copy and I was confused about how to set the printer settings and the associate, I didn't get her name, was helpful and not condescending with her help. I appreciate a helpful patient attitude when I'm trying to figure out a new system. Store was clean well organized and staff was helpful.
