Needed several very expensive dolls packaged a few hours before a flight, and they did a spectacular job making it bulletproof and just under the 62 inch limit. Survived a flight back to Virginia in checked luggage on United just fine.

Went to ship my phone for repair through Google and the woman working there set me up with an electronics nailer and took care of everything for me.
Staff was very polite and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I'll be using this store for my FedEx needs for sure.

Be Aware! I used printing service here. Default setting to be a largest paper size which should be a letter size. I assume it will print to match my document size but it printed on a largest size and charged me almost $50 for 15 color pages. Try to stop as soon as a large paper came out but won’t let me do it and charged me full amount. I asked for a refund but both employees declined. It’s a scam setting to begging with. Be aware!!

I've gone here several times to print documents and there are a quirky bunch of employees who work there. More interested in talking amongst themselves, and condescending when I ask for help with their very complicated self service printing machines. And when I asked if my documents would be deleted after printing, I was told by a rude employee that she doesn't know. Not helpful at all.

This is one of the best fedex stores in san diego. It's always clean and organized. They are always friendly as soon as I walk in. The manager Drew is especially helpful and knowledgeable about printing. Their prices are fair and have a quick turnaround time for printing.

Used this place once to ship a package. All that arrived at the destination was an empty box. Seems someone at this store opened my package, removed the contents, and sealed it back up.I will not use this store again and am leaving this review to caution others.

This is the worst fed ex shop I have ever been to, rude and entitled attitudes, manager was rude to my shipper on the phone, that just continued when I arrived to retrieve my package, I will never use fed ex again after this experience

I was dropping off a return and was told I needed to purchase void fill since there was too much empty space in my box. My return was not fragile. I ended up going to another FedEx store and was able to drop off the box with no questions asked.
